Ok that youre not an expert at measuring raws, but you dont have to be an expert at math to think that if you have 10 apples, how many times you can eat 2 apples? You should have been taught to think to divide 10 for 2. You multiply 2 for 5 and you got 10.

Next time divide 1000mg into whatever mgs you wanna take and you got it.
