We are also in the future planing to run some contest for members so any feedback would be appreciated .

What kind of contest? Guessing scores on games? Guessing total yards(with out going over) in a game and the winner. Also running Promos would help. Especially if someone makes a fairly large order.

30+ days? I understand that shipment is not necessarily pandas fault but hurricane Irma wasn't a threat 30 days ago. Why is USPS so slow?
Edit: I didn't consider Harvey slowing USPS.

@Leancuisine my pack was returned to PPL also and they had to reship out, it's still in China. Only after emailing and asking did they tell me. It seems Panda is attempting to fix these issues, with that said I don't mind waiting longer for my pack w/new shipping methods if it increases the likelihood of me receiving it in the end. What is the current status of your pack? So is it the hurricanes or the new shipping method? Or both? @PurplePandaLabs Rep.

I think shipping methods, I had to get a reship as well, after 7 or 8 days of my tracking number not working I emailed them and they informed me the pack was being sent back to them and they would have to reaship, 9 or 10 days later they reshipped, I don't think it made it of the the country. So I don't think it has anything to do with weather. Its been around 20 days now and I have fingers crossed.
