Did you get a email notification after you ordered or just nothing and you had to contact them.
I'm trying to find out were the issue is because it seems to be limited to domestic finished mostly.
Also if you hold stuff in your cart for a few days before pulling the trigger you are going to have this kind of problem.
If you aren't going to get it right then don't hold it in your cart and this will make things operate a lot better.
They emailed me a couple days later and told me they could ship Monday or they can swap me to something different.

I didn't have it in my cart for very long at all. Maybe an hour at most I think because last minute I changed my order and there was plenty in stock according to the website.

He explained it to me if you hold some in your cart it could still be sold I'm going to request that this changes but I know why they do it that way is to keep someone from holding stock if they aren't going to buy it.
I understand your frustration getting something then finding out its not going to ship we have been changing the website and working to stop this from happening.
 
We have had alot of customers holding stuff for days in the cart before pulling the trigger and this somehow screws with current stock or when they put it in there it was in stock but not when they ordered because after 72hrs items in the cart are void.
I understand, I just think they should not take the money if they can't fulfil the order.

In the beginning their response was it would be in stock in a few days, the site showed it and then it went to not available again.

Between you and I we have discussed other items but I honestly want what I originally ordered.

I am considering other items just to get my money's worth but in the end I would still be disappointed.

I know you are doing everything you can, I don't mean anything personally.

No I understand completely I'm working with them to get this issue resolved it's a headache for us both.
I would be aggravated if a paid for something and had to wait to get it.
 
For the record--mine was domestic--- I literally paid within one hour of ordering-- ordered on 28th and received on 12/2

What has been going on with PPL lately (going on a few months)? Before it was nothing but good/positive reviews, now if it's not one thing it's another..... Thought this would be one of the few go to domestics, now I'm hesitant......
I've been saying this for weeks and no one wants to talk about it.. Some how people are just blind to these facts. The rep is outstanding and is prob the best rep I've seen as far as communication. His bosses make his job almost impossible. PPL himself shits on Meso. No promos and no discounts. Maybe if you guys take your business elsewhere he might get the message. If this was any other source here they'd be flamed daily. Just My opinion which means absolutely nothing. Wake the fuck up people.

To be fair I've just give out a promo code for meso and we're running a 300$ contest which other forums don't get but everyone did have to wait a while for the meso code.

Its the only raw source i know of thats reputable though...finished is everywhere but raws seem harder to find. Especially domestic.
 
is it a problem to brew DHB at 200 mg/ml? i found one recipe in the homebrew but i wanted to check with you all.
