I agree with this 100%. Instead of having the customer find out for themself there should have been an email sent to everyone from a certain date saying you can get store credit or a refund.
I'm happy @PurplePandaLabs Rep. is doing his best to help refund everyone.
This problem was out of their control, its not Pandas fault, its Elites fault. I'm happy they caught the problem when they found out and are doing the best they can.
It sucks that this happened, but I hope Panda makes a turn around. This was my first order with PPL during this whole incident so I never got to try out their gear. But I would deff give them a second chance because they refunded me, and if they made a public announcement about their new US Domestic brewer.
I dont like the screenshots of what the other reps are doing on other boards though. That seems shady.
Problems wasn't totally out of their control though. Would of been easy for them to quality control their brewer by creating a fake order and having it sent somewhere and analyze the quality.
The end result is the domestic was setup to fail from the start. They brought a brewer in when they were already behind and put tons of pressure to hurry and get stock built back up. This was bound to happen sooner or later.
I hope domestic stays shut down for a while, they get everything straight.. fully stocked plus 20% and then roll out a stream lined procedure to ensure this failure won't happen again.
Every failure is a opportunity to make yourself better. It's time for panda to step up and announce on all boards what their failure is, how they plan to handle it , what quality control they will put in place and move forward. The shady politics has to end though[emoji106]
They have to learn from this. You are making something that people inject... safety first... it's not a race like a drive through at mcdonalds.
