Putting up big ass numbers

Weight today was 200.2

Workout was,

4x3 paused bench @ 335lbs
4x3 squats @ 435lbs
4x8 calf raises
4x15 calf raises

Definitely like doing the bench before squats. My elbows felt a lot more fresh, and my energy still felt good going into squats. Im going to take it a little easier next week, then going to really start hitting it hard.

Just walked by my tape so I figured I would give the arms a quick measure. They're finally back up to just under 17" (literally missing it by an 1/8") but definitely a lot more vascular and well shaped/defined. So I take it my little bit of hypertrophy work is paying off. Arms are a bit of a sore subject for me because I used to have 12.75" arms, so I've made it my goal to try and get 17's. Lol. Looks like I'll have to bump it up to 18's now, which should compliment a 700lbs deadlift well

Workout was,

2x5 paused bench @ 315lbs
2x5 high bar squats @ 415lbs
2x3 deadlifts @ 525lbs

That deload must have worked. I wss throwing around 315 like a warm-up, even the deads felt unusually easy. It will be interesting to see how my amraps go. I'm hoping for 8 reps of 545 on deadlift and 8 reps of 335 on bench

Weight today was 200.6

Workout was,

2x8 paused db bench
3x8 lat pull down
3x8 t-bar rows
5x8 hammer curls
4x15 seated curls
5x8 skull crushers
4x15 triceps pushdowns

Keep up the good work. Looks like you will make your goal once i all comes together. Wanted to share a little quote with you when I and some friends were in to rehabbing houses back in the day. "Caulk and paint and make it what it aint". BTW nice job with the floor trim for window casing... :)

2x4 paused bench @ 325lbs
2x4 high bar squats @ 425lbs
4x15 calf raises

I unintentionally squatted low bar in my warmups, even 315 got my elbows pretty sore again. Got to maybe a 5/10 by the time I was done. I wasn't too pleased about that, but all my reps came up pretty clean on both bench and squat.

Workout today was,

2x3 paused bench @ 335lbs
2x3 squats @ 435lbs
2x2 deadlifts @ 545lbs
4x12 preacher curls
5x15 db curls
4x15 triceps pushdowns

Everything is still moving pretty smooth.

Workout was,

3x5 paused bench @ 315lbs
3x5 high bar squats @ 415lbs
3x3 deadlifts @ 525lbs

Lifts are definitely looking pretty smooth. Especially bench. I wouldn't be surprised if I already had 405 in me right now. Squatting high bar has definitely been helping my elbows, it seems to take a little bit out of my squat strength, but I'm still hitting my reps fine.

Workout was,

3x4 paused bench @ 325lbs
3x4 squats @ 425lbs
4x8 calf raises
4x15 calf raises

Went kind of a bit more low bar with the squats today on the first couple sets. The reps came up really good, but my elbows definitely didn't love it. Lol. They didn't get too bad, maybe a 5-6/10, but more pain than I'd prefer to have.

Weight today was, 204.8

Workout was,

3x2 deadlifts @ 545lbs
3x12 lat pulldowns
2x12 bent over rows
5x12 preacher curls
6x15 db curls
6x15 tricep pushdowns

Elbows is still a bit jacked up, any kind of twisting motion irritates it. Deals didn't go too bad, but I'm definitely feeling a bit fatigued.

Workout was,

2x8 paused db press
3x8 lat pulldown
3x8 t-bar row
5x8 hammer curls
4x10 db curls
5x8 floor presses
4x12 weighted dips

I've never really done floor presses but I'm really loving them. Ha. I can see why a lot of powerlifters do them.

Weight today was, 205.2

Workout was,

4x4 paused bench @ 325lbs
4x4 high bar squats @ 425lbs
4x8 calf raises
4x15 calf raises

Can definitely feel some soreness and fatigue but everything is moving pretty good. I'll probably skip amraps this week though. I feel if I did them I would need to go really easy next week because I would be so beat up. Lol

Weight today was 204.8

Workout was,

4x2 deadlifts
3x12 lat pulldowns
2x12 seated rows
5x12 preacher curls
5x15 seated db curls
5x15 bodyweight dips

Definitely feeling the fatigue. Lol. My back is getting sore, the deads moved slow as shit today also. Wondering if I should take it easy next week to recover and hit it hard a few more weeks after that before I try to peak, or just keep pushing.. Kind of leaning towards backing off a bit.

Weight today was 204.2

Workout was,

4x3 paused bench @ 335lbs
455 high bar squat in sleeves
495 high bar squat in wraps
545 high bar squat in wraps
4x8 calf raises
4x15 calf raises

Kind of happy with how smooth 545 moved. Not quite sure if I can quite hit 600 yet, but 585 might be there if I had some more energy. I ended up finding out I have no idea how to walk out heavy weight with wraps. Lol. Luckily the meet is using a monolift because I was completely lost when I unracked 495 and went to walk it out. Ha.
