The usual standard bpc made is acetate. Vendors will specifically synthesize the arginine version if that's what they are looking for. I think it has slightly better oral bioavailability, though not much different, and the arg version is usually more expensive. If you're injecting then my understanding is they are identical. There are some comments about the differences here, with reference to some stidies:
