For single-use vials (like the HMG) you can use “sterile water for injection”. Otherwise for anything where you mix it then inject portions of the mix over multiple days, you’ll want bacteriostatic water.

You can make your own bac water by taking sterile water, adding BA to reach 0.9%, and then filtering that through a 0.22 micron filter. BA won’t have bacteria in it, obviously, but it may have fungi spores.

So pretty much the same igf-1 @5IU compared to your base line. That sucks. Either way, are you taking 5IU daily all at once or split in half?

We need to get a massive stock of that Tesofensine in the US domestic supply. If it’s as good as some people say it will be a huge seller. I’m going to try it on my next order. I love the results of semaglutide and likely will Tirzepatide results too but I would prefer to have something that only suppresses appetite and not actually alter how I process food. So I’ve got my eyes on this stuff and am looking forward to hearing some reports from the folks on here that try it. I’m going to be ordering some soon but it would be awesome if it could make the US domestic list.

Igf1 blood levels are not an accurate indicator of hgh purity. If anyone needs a purity/potency indicator HPLC testing of the actual product is required

I understand that. The same applies to the serum test. There are certain peptides that increase GH serum. So neither is reliable indicator. And yes vl the igf can be lower by AI, diet or other but not to 271 at 10 iu that is not possible
