Second thing the confusion was that two customers happened to have the same name (first and last), and he was using multiple emails for the discussion.

Third, the customer to whom he was asked to send was a customer who agreed to purchase that parcel as a new order, because he was desesperate for some BPC157 and TB500 and agreed to his info to be shared to this thief so he can send what doesn't belong to him.

And again you forget that this you are purchasing underground products, that's not Ubereats I received the wrong sandwich, I need another. We are talking about money that will impact someone's else salary.
The customer must cooperate to find a solution and don't have to be a dick because one day you might find yourself in same situation about to face heavy consequences just because a dick somewhere choose to be a non cooperative selfish prick.
The same way we try to help the customer when they fuck up, when the customer gives the wrong zip code and he can lose his parcel, or when he couldn't pick up the parcel in time and gets returned. We can also choose to be dicks and tell you, well you fucked up, we won't help you that's your screw up, deal with it.

When the bank sends you money that doesn't belong to you by mistake you don't get away with it, because it's "their fuck up" and they should "own their mistakes". For me that's a stupid selfish mentality about refusing to do the right thing that involves no risk, because we know how OPSEC works and we won't be asking you to do something that have any risk on it.

Choosing to ignore my emails is typically an act of thief, an act that I were able to remember one year later, and it's not more about the money, but more about not letting this going unpunished and either you agree or not and we can choose to agree to disagree, this is making me feel better now.
Whether the pack contained legal or illegal things this is messed up Tracy. I get that there was a screw up but the screw up was on your end so you have to take responsibility for it. Personally, I would not ship legal or illegal products to a different customer of yours because that's not the business I'm in and I don't want anything to do with that. Your people screwed up and put that guy in a weird position and that's your fault, not his. You have to take the loss there the same way if someone screws up their mailing address and doesn't get the product they take responsibility for that. You're not willing to refund people or help them out when they screw up but you want us to help you out when you screw up?

That's really fucking whack Tracy. You're a business guy so you should be aware that you take some losses now again for various reasons.

I do understand your position but in my own business, I've always owned any mistakes and taken the hit (and there's been some costly ones over the years) but in my case, the fault always lays clearly with me as I've not covered something in a contract and then I still have to deliver the same outcome. I think I would become pretty cynical if I had to constantly deal with people trying to get 1 over on me all the time, which I imagine is unfortunately part and parcel of the business you are in.

You can't call someone a thief if you sent the product to his house he did not come steal it from you.

Id have zero problem reshipping it, all you doing is putting a new address on the front of the package and dropping it back into a postbox. If you are just chucking it into a shelf at home like was said... at least it gets it out of your house and life.

That's me though, everyone's going to have their own level they are comfortable with.

Yeah. Tracy is bit harsh, understandably. Then again I have sent the wrong payment to someone before because of bad auto populate function of a website. The Dude immediately blocked me. I can't imagine running into him somewhere and not wanting to get one back on him.
If I was this guy though, I wouldn't hand over money to someone that was aggrieved that I didn't send their stuff out. I had a seller on paypal ship the wrong stuff to me and i requested the partial refund that was due to me. Took me another year and lack of options before i returned to the same vendor, despite paypal protections and being withing my rights in regard to the miss-ship refunds.

QSC is a huge company like they claim, they can take the loss it won’t destroy them.

For me, the problem is trying to do a second order and acting all fucking surprised that there’s an issue.

If you’re not comfortable shipping it, have a discussion about it work something out. If you can’t work it out, accept that you’re burned and take your free shit.

To make another order and act surprised when there’s still beef????? That’s insane to me.

IGF LR3 not planned, demand isn't that high.

HGH is planned: 360IU kits. No date yet.

We have an ongoing one now for cagrilintide and mazdutide. Will be closed tomorrow.

Tracy, if you send me someone else’s package I would probably forward it for you (for a cost.) However, I can see why people would be uncomfortable and/or unwilling. People need to own mistakes in this game. You made one. Sounds like there were issues on both ends but the mistake was yours. Own it.

Justtoreview, you pissed them off by ignoring emails. It’s possible something could have been worked out (unlikely, but possible). This isn’t Amazon that will just eat the cost if they fuck up.

Let it be known, if QSC sends you the wrong package and you don’t forward it for them, ship it back , or pay them, you’ll never be able to order with that name/address again because they will take your money.
