Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd (International, US, EU, Canada and Australia domestic

They are attempting to extort a member. That’s BS. Will not order from QSC again.

It's a cultural difference.

In the US if something is sent to you which you didn't order, by law you are under no obligation to send it back.

A vendor may ask, and often sweeten the deal in order to incentivize its return. And some people may return it out of their own personal ethics. But if you don't there's no obligation and a company may not "punish" you by keeping your money from a later order.

In Asia and Europe. the police would likely be at your door for failing to return or pay for the unordered goods.

So now both parties are outraged at the behavior of the other.

If the goods were indeed worth $1000 QSC would've been better off offering a $200 credit to minimize the cost of their error and compensate the recipient for the trouble of taking time to send it onwards. The grey legal area of the goods might be too much for the recipient to be willing to deal with, and QSC should understand that and chalk it up as a loss as they would any other shipment that's gone missing in transit.

Neither party was in the wrong here, but keeping money sent in good faith for a later order is not acceptable by American standards and he should be refunded, or better yet just continue doing business as there's truly nothing to gain by trying to penalize the customer.

It's really in QSCs best interest to resolve this quickly and put it behind them. Again, this could've just as easily been a seized package or lost in transit. It's a business expense, only this time an error on QSCs part and not bad luck.

** BEWARE **
This supplier mailed me a random package. They then proceeded to tell me to mail it to another address in the US or pay them for it. For one, it’s was peptides and raw powder, both of which I know nothing about or how to use them. For two, I have never mailed anything illegal from my home or postage office, have no experience on how to be safe doing that, etc. I simply discarded the stuff & it ended up getting thrown out whenever I moved apartments. Fast forwards 9 months, I make an order - they take the money ($110) & then say I can get my order whenever I pay them for the random package which was close to $1000 in value. Meso upgraded my account so I could post on here for others to beware of this scam. Attached are pics of the conversation with the rep that ripped me off.
This is actually extremely concerning

Hello, is anyone else waiting for their tracking number? I've been waiting for 2 weeks, a week ago was told me next week and 2 days ago that I would get it tomorrow but no response..

Awaiting Tirz group buy. Had been told right after payment but it's been a week since wire. QSC said yesterday they're working through wire orders. Dunno what's taking quite so long. I can log into my bank and confirm wire amount and sender in 5 seconds.

has anyone had any orders in to Australia seized / intercepted by police or customs?

Obviously without wanting to compromise OpSec, I’d like to understand the safety / security of the Australia special line shipping and (to whatever extent is reasonable) how it works to assure that safety / security for the end recipient..
Officer please use the search function you lazy pig

Checking daily will make you lose your hair (if you have any left). If they say a day, give it a week. Et cetera. The important part is if the pack lands and it's good shit.

Clown thinks this is Amazon rofl

I'm trying QSC semaglutide right now. I switched to it 4 weeks ago from a different brand and it's all been smooth. I'm still not hungry and I'm losing weight consistently. Good enough for me.

* I'm not planning on getting it lab-tested, so feels will have to do

Luckily bunk Sema is a rarity now, unlike a year ago. Biggest issue is the variation in doses from vial to vial.

What I think you’re failing to factor in here is that they were asking him to commit a crime. Nothing else in the case matters. Selling and/or mailing peptides for human use in the USA is illigal. Here’s an example of someone who found that out the hard way and faced up to 40 years in prison- Illinois Man Illegally Purchased And Sold Peptides

And before anyone chimes in, yes I am aware that operating a peptide sales business online is different than mailing one pack, they are still both crimes.

Expecting a random guy who accidentally received a pack to risk legal ramifications on behalf of a source is fucking insane.

Also, just to note, it’s not my intention to insult you with this post. I just find the whole scenario to be utterly outrageous.

Addressed that right here:

Unless I'm mistaken, the recipient doesn't even know what the peptides are, so what's he even "stealing" ?

I think your post was reasonable, which is why I edited my post to directly mention I had no intention of insulting you. Zero problem with what you had to say, even if I disagree. I do however have a problem with QSC acting high and mighty, calling a member a thief, while demanding he commit a crime to remedy an error they made.

First the items in the parcel are not illegal, but legal peptides.

Second thing the confusion was that two customers happened to have the same name (first and last), and he was using multiple emails for the discussion.

Third, the customer to whom he was asked to send was a customer who agreed to purchase that parcel as a new order, because he was desesperate for some BPC157 and TB500 and agreed to his info to be shared to this thief so he can send what doesn't belong to him.

And again you forget that this you are purchasing underground products, that's not Ubereats I received the wrong sandwich, I need another. We are talking about money that will impact someone's else salary.
The customer must cooperate to find a solution and don't have to be a dick because one day you might find yourself in same situation about to face heavy consequences just because a dick somewhere choose to be a non cooperative selfish prick.
The same way we try to help the customer when they fuck up, when the customer gives the wrong zip code and he can lose his parcel, or when he couldn't pick up the parcel in time and gets returned. We can also choose to be dicks and tell you, well you fucked up, we won't help you that's your screw up, deal with it.

When the bank sends you money that doesn't belong to you by mistake you don't get away with it, because it's "their fuck up" and they should "own their mistakes". For me that's a stupid selfish mentality about refusing to do the right thing that involves no risk, because we know how OPSEC works and we won't be asking you to do something that have any risk on it.

Choosing to ignore my emails is typically an act of thief, an act that I were able to remember one year later, and it's not more about the money, but more about not letting this going unpunished and either you agree or not and we can choose to agree to disagree, this is making me feel better now.
I'm surprised I was able to address you directly about this situation. I shouldn't be surprised at the stance you've decided to take. You've bought into the hype many have posted about QSC. At the very least I'd have thought you would've taken a more diplomatic or middle of the road stance instead of digging your feet in while threatening members who don't jump to defend you.

I had predicted that your undoing would be another source that would come along with prices similar to yours but treat their clients with just a little bit of respect. They wouldn't belittle members who disagree with the way they handle customer service. I was incorrect.

I've been busy with some things the last 24 to 48 hours and missed the post made by @JustToReview made with the screenshots with that all to familiar garbage attitude. Unreal.

I will temper my own desire let loose until I've checked out what's been alleged by this member. It doesn't look good for Mr QSC if this member's acct has been altered in order for him to post what he has. This would mean that Admin and owner have taken a look at the evidence and have decided that this member is being truthful in what he is claiming. If this all checks out, let me be the first to bid you a "Its been fun...." farewell.

I'm hoping members are sitting back to see where the chips fall before expressing their outrage at how a regular member is being treated by this source. Its outrageous.

To the "members".....that term is questionable at best when referring to those members actually attempting to spin this is any way to try and make this source appear reasonable in their stance....your not long for meso either. You'll have to limit your shilling to the QSC cesspool of a discord channel. You aren't welcome here any longer. You should be packing your shit right along with this source.

Members, let's clear our heads and get back to what meso is all about. Every once in a while a source shows up and for some reason...whether its prices that are so low we ignore what we believe and know to be wrong in order to justify our own behavior. We know we're wrong but really, what is being hurt?

That, or a source can load the deck with shills or a send complimentary products to a handful of semi respected members who agree to cast a positive light on them in an agreed # of posts in the first few weeks of their opening here. It tips the scales in the sources favor for a bit. Its up to the source to sink or swim after that initial push.

It appears that there isn't any excuse here. The attitude and nerve that QSC has displayed is atrocious and calls for their immediate dismissal from our board. The outright scamming/stealing of this members money, if its proven that this has happened, can only be remedied by QSC being tossed off of meso and the rest of the Community be made aware of their transgressions.

QSC may land on their feet at some shithole. But they will be exposed and known from this day on as thieves and scoundrels who will steal your money given the opportunity. The bank wire things with threats of stealing the money of anyone using a list of banned words was threatening to scam. What we're witnessing here now, is the outright scamming by a source that believes they play by their own set of rules...and if you don't agree with them you too, can get fucked. This last sentence could be the QSC Mission Statement. Let's go meso. This can't be swept under the rug. Their will be other bottom feeding sources selling for cheap. The member enduring this could be any one of us. Give them the support you would want and expect if you were the victim.

Hey, @JustToReview, I'm going to hit you up. I've seen similar situations in the past. I'm pretty well known around here and in the past I've been able to get members who have been stolen from what they've ordered from other sources willing to help out. Sure, its advertising that makes them look good and some may only do it hoping to get more sales from their good deeds, but to the members who had been ripped off it really helped them out.
Please get a list of what you are owed or out of so you can get it to me when I come calling. You'll be taken care of. I'm sorry this happened to you. You'll see how we can come together when this kind of thing happens. You will go from feeling alone in this thing to feeling good about how the Community can come to your aid when its warranted. Talk soon.
