You can do better than this. You've made a plausible assertion, but you've failed to support it. There's plenty of evidence showing that steady state concentrations are achieved with weekly dosing due specifically to the albumin binding which you described. I can't find anything to suggest that more frequent dosing would increase the bioavailability and thus peak serum concentrations.

What many of us retards do know is that many compounds have a half life, especially steroid esters, but this is equally true of other compounds. Many of us retards have experience with tools like steroid plotter to show the accumulation and peak concentrations of various compounds. There's a similar tool for GLP1 agonists that I presume is based on the half-life of various compounds and will happily model a more frequent administration schedule with smaller fluctuations in peak and trough concentrations.

Whether that smaller degree of fluctuation yields improved or worsened side effects is anyone's guess, but it stands to reason that the worst side effects would come from the highest peak concentrations as steady state is achieved.

Since I'm so retarded, you're going to have to explain to me in great detail why I should believe that a peptide has different pharmacokinetics than just about any other compound about which I am familiar. I'm going to need citations as well.
