The anti-inflammatory effects are huge. The gut inflammation always comes back when tirz isn’t in my system.
I think the anti inflammatory benefits aren’t talked about enough. My husband’s using 2.5 and no longer has a dairy intolerance. He didn’t gaf before, and would just suffer the consequences since Lactaid didn’t consistently work. It prob didn’t work because he’d go buck wild with consumption. He doesn’t even take it anymore and can eat dairy like it’s never bothered him.

I recently started with half the starting dose, hoping to cut inflammation from Hashimoto’s and reduce the risk of getting more autoimmune diseases. I just had labs done and my antibodies were low, but will be interesting to see how/if it changes. Have read multiple stories of others with different autoimmune diseases, reducing meds or coming off completely while being on tirz.

Hey now, we don't poke fun at the two guys named Jeff.

There's a laundry list of health benefits beyond weight loss, but little point in touting them now, while they're selling every drop they can make at $1000 a month. They likely don't want to drive demand even higher by pointing out the general health and life extension benefits.

I've been on 12 for a couple months now.

Took about 6 weeks to kick in...and when it does, it kicks in hard. I haven't been hungry on Reta since second week of 4 mg.

I wear a CGM now bc I went hypoglycemic when on Ozempic originally earlier this year (<30 glucose).

Context for rest of post: 1200 calories per day max, high protein low carb diet, supplementing with multivitamins, blood tests every few weeks to confirm everything is going perfectly.

Semaglutide experience: okay, hunger would come back end of every week, insane constipation + burping + acid reflux. HRV absolutely tanked, but stayed on it until hitting 1.7. Lost ~1/ lbs per week. Fatigued like crazy.

Tirzepatide: great, burping continued, but other side effects were mildly existent...laxatives + electrolytes made everything better. Titrated up to 10 mg, was losing 1.5 lbs/week.

Retatrutide: excellent, all side effects have gone away aside from burping. I do wake up middle of the night needing to chug water and am needing to drink electrolytes multiple times per day. On 12 mg dose, losing ~3.5 lbs/week. I am 20 lbs from my goal weight right now and normal weight range, losing weight hasn't slowed though.

Fatigued lasted a couple weeks on Reta, until I started to eat way more protein.
1200 calories per day? You crazy lol not even my tiny midget wife eat that low

The extended phase clinical trials of both Tirz and Sema, going out 3 and 4 years respectively, clearly demonstrate once a "maintenance dose" is reached, weight loss is durable for years and side effects virtually disappear. If "desensitization" were a thing, they'd regain weight over time.
All these guy that were still losing weight after years were all in a deficit, and the maintain of weight loss happened with appetite suppression and maintaining a good insulin sensitivity. This is not relevant to AnTabolic73 scenario.

The peaceful coexistence of bodybuilders and fat people on this forum will not last must longer. If they continue to shit up our source threads with their nonsense about GLP-1 agonists, then the tren is finally going to get the best of us, and it will get ugly. Millard will have to find a final solution to the fattie question before a civil war breaks out. They may have to be segregated and totally confined to their own ghetto subforum.

What has been observed by researchers and clinicians is interrupting GLP use, then returning, even years later, results in a weaker response to the drug, requiring higher doses for the same effect. Each time one of these "breaks" occurs response to the weight loss effect gets weaker, even across different GLP compounds.
Source?

You're eating 1200 calories per day? That's ridiculous regardless if the hunger isn't there. I'm in a cut, taking 7.5 mg tirzepatide per week, but I'd never want my calories to get that low. The goal is still to lose body weight gradually while maintaining muscle and keeping metabolism ramped up.

I used metformin in past. Can't remember why I stopped, maybe stomach issues. I switched to berberine once I decided to stay on hgh. Now using tirz. Unless I find i can't eat enough to grow while on tirz I won't drop it completely.

So far I notice I lower dose, appetite comes back I gain a little weight. Suppression comes back. I'll lower it...

Was 220lbs end of cut, at that point the tirz was at 15mg to test it out.

I dropped it to 12.5 went up to 226. I just dropped it 10. I'll weigh in next week. I anticipate being able to eat enough to get to 230ish within the next couple weeks.

I call it a bulk but it's more a recomp. I'm messing around seeing if I can keep gaining weight and keeping close to the level definition I had at 220. So far it's working.

With semi I feel like shit offen. Weight drop 4 pounds every week for 12 week.
Then is just stop I have lost 5pounds for the last 10 weeks. Minimum training and zero cardio.
I am trying to get back in the BB game again
No sure why semi stopped working so afftic on me.

I was on a dose on 1.7mg. but the cost was to high for me to continue.

I feel slightly less hungry but no sides og tirz.
But semi the hunger I way less. 20mg was a good dose but I need to go back to 10mg because of stock. I am waiting for all my glp to arrive now
Took me about 6 weeks to ramp up to 1mg of sema and now I've stayed at 1mg for 3 months now. Boy is this stuff ever fantastic. For years I would do everything to drop that last 15-20 lbs of "fluff", cut carbs, cycle carbs, hours of cardio etc etc. The addition of sema has allowed me to control my appetite and stay extremely lean and full. Running 200mg test/200 primo in the background I feel and look fantastic. I didn't have a lot of weight to loose (6' and 220 prior) but now im down to a lean 207, stubborn fat has disappeared from love handle/lower ab areas which I could never ever really loose. Appetite has come back a bit but for the most part it's flawlessly working in the backround. Adding hgh at a low dose starting soon, which I'm excited to see the synergy between sema and hgh

There is a forum dedicated to weightless.
Why a source thread would be saturated with all of this GLP talk is truly baffling. Maybe it would be a very quiet sub forum over there with the same views repeated non-stop, who knows?

This is like a soap opera !!! Tracy please announce the promo and save us all.

No cares about GLP anything ya fat bastards lol.. jk. But take it else where

This is a supplier thread. A supplier that sells ten times as much in peptides than gear. It's also a de facto "general chat room" filled with all sorts of bullshit. It always has been.

You can immediately block the content you don't want to see, forever, with one click. It's even retroactive.

Then the thread will look exactly the way you want it to.
