Damn, that's a high dose of Tirz... what did you feel like at each dosage... if you don't mind me asking?
With semi I feel like shit offen. Weight drop 4 pounds every week for 12 week.
Then is just stop I have lost 5pounds for the last 10 weeks. Minimum training and zero cardio.
I am trying to get back in the BB game again
No sure why semi stopped working so afftic on me.

I was on a dose on 1.7mg. but the cost was to high for me to continue.

I feel slightly less hungry but no sides og tirz.
But semi the hunger I way less. 20mg was a good dose but I need to go back to 10mg because of stock. I am waiting for all my glp to arrive now

Sema is a freight train and despite what the studies show, I'm convinced it's the most powerful for weight loss.

But Tirz is so much more comfortable, and offers some additional health benefits.

Well, sema was technically just designed for blood sugar control until they found higher than normal doses killed appetite leading to weight loss. Tirz was actually created with weight loss in mind so with that I although I haven't used any yet would go with the tirz, maybe the rep if I was going for weight loss and other benefits.

I will agree with there semi hit me so hard. But the recommended doses are way to high.

My sister is a nurse and everyone of her patients micro dose it it up.

I've seen two people close to me on sema... two different experiences. With one, even at lower doses, the appetite suppression was good, sides were bad (e.g. nausea, bowels). The other, no significant suppression, no sides. For the second, probably going to move over to tirz and see how that works.

Yea so considering how many people have reported no appetite control with retatrutide while cutting weight drastically by what mechanism would that happen? Personally only now joining the hype train ironically thanks to Chase Irons particularly interested by the gut health, blood sugar changes etc. but recomposition is welcome, people experienced with the 3 what would you say the main benefit is to retatrutide?

It was making me hypoglycemic and lethargic, and overall, I didn’t find it helpful for cutting since it didn’t help with appetite. Now on tirz, my morning blood glucose is at 60-70. I feel much better mentally because my cut feels more like a bulk (forcing myself to eat), but I’m still as lethargic as I was on reta.

Retatrutide definitely makes you feel hypo. I’m only on 3.25mg and it makes me feel bad.

Felt the best on tirz. I wanted to try reta for liver health as I am a recovered alcoholic and wanted to cut down hard and use the glucagon agonism to rid any fatty liver left over.

Tirz doesn’t do much for hunger until you get up to 5+mg (for me). Also the anti-inflammatory effects of tirz are better. I lost a bit of lean tissue with reta. (Dieting on true HRT)

If I were a generally healthy bodybuilder….id do this…..

Start with Dash of semaglutide for the hunger blunting…even .25mg might be enough, paired with 2.5mg Tirz for the GIP agonism which helps nausea, and somehow enhances the anti inflammatory effects. Some might need .5mg/5mg…but I went that high and 2400 calories was requiring whey and rice Chex shakes

And this will be more cost effective than straight tirz

Do you use multiple syringes for this mix?

It will be more cost effective than straight tirzepatide, but I am wondering if instead of stacking two GLP-1 together, it wouldn't even be more effective to stack one of them with cagrilintide.

The anti-inflammatory effects are huge. The gut inflammation always comes back when tirz isn’t in my system.

Man am I going to have fun when my Oct 20 oils promo lands. I have Mast E 200, Primo 200 and Test C coming this week. But Test C went out of stock after I ordered but they took so long to ship it came back in stock and made it into the order. Hopefully it’s either properly marked or cap colors are similar to yours.
TAKE A VIDEO OF THE UNBOXING. If you are shorted they will not reimburse you with out it, if at all.

When you say gut inflammation, what issues exactly are you referring to?
I have always carried the extra in the gut. Started tirz and got the result I wanted. Titrated down and kept the eating clean. It still came back. Started pinning again and it went away. Then started reading about anti-inflammatory benefits.
So the affect may be anecdotal but I assumed it is related to the tirz.
And it’s not just fat. It’s almost like there’s some swelling.
