how did you pay?The slowest kind of customer service I've experienced with merchants in these forums. Over 5 days to confirm order receipt/payment that has been made 5 days ago and I keep getting replies like "rest assured that we're waiting for a confirmation of the amount received". 5 days.
I agree with that. Waiting in vain for an answer regarding the missing and already paid order. It has now been 3 months, it is only a Testo e Kit but money is money and I have nothing to give away.I just wish I could get answer about 2 int orders.

Then got told I owe 27 but 50 was min.
Then told I could pay 27.
So I asked days ago to pay with no response.

Tracy, I ordered last week from the Black Friday Promo, and paid via BTC 11/26. I requested tracking today and was told my payment was short.
I sent Nia a requested screenshot of the transaction. Payment sent was the amount requested, but by the time payment cleared, the BTC value had changed so it was indeed short, but not by the amount Nia mentioned.
The current value of the payment is HIGHER than payment sent last week.
I’ve communicated this with your assistant Nia, and asked about next steps.

I read the email, it requested a screenshot. I keep communication very minimal and do only as told. I assume the recipient does not speak English as a first language, and construct emails accordingly. My lesson learnt here is to not use BTC to send payment as the value changes quickly.Do you not read the emails? It specifically says don’t send screenshots lol

what does punished accordingly mean though ?From today
If you send an email about crypto payment confirmation and don’t receive a reply within 24 hours or you receive a stupid answer please email me about it and the assistants will be punished accordingly until all this communication problems are solved for good.
Same for tracking number if it’s ready and not sent to you in time and you waited and then requested it and you found out it was available days ago, inform me about it. Tracking will be sent to you within 24 hours from the day it’s available.
Same for marking and identification if you requested it and you haven’t got a reply within 24 hours. Email me about it.
Same for unsolved issues if they haven’t got sorted out within 48 hours.
