Curious also. Placed order the 25th. Was told yesterday no tracking number yet. I’m being patient but also curious lol


I know the word “PATIENCE” was put out there for the Black Friday Promo, any idea when US Domestic orders could start getting shipped / tracking? Ordered Wednesday November 27th @Qingdao Sigma Chemicals
My last US domestic order was paid on the 21st and I got it either day before or day after Thanksgiving (I cant remember) so about 4 or 5 days.
I haven't gotten a tracking number my last 3 orders but I dont even ask I just wait and it shows up.

Tracy, I ordered last week from the Black Friday Promo, and paid via BTC 11/26. I requested tracking today and was told my payment was short.

I sent Nia a requested screenshot of the transaction. Payment sent was the amount requested, but by the time payment cleared, the BTC value had changed so it was indeed short, but not by the amount Nia mentioned.

The current value of the payment is HIGHER than payment sent last week.
I’ve communicated this with your assistant Nia, and asked about next steps.

I have also forwarded the email chain, including the requested screenshots of the transaction (requested by Nia) to you at tracy@sigmachemical.com.cn

If you sent the screenshot showing that, it should be ok and order is processed

Do you not read the emails? It specifically says don’t send screenshots lol
 
The slowest kind of customer service I've experienced with merchants in these forums. Over 5 days to confirm order receipt/payment that has been made 5 days ago and I keep getting replies like "rest assured that we're waiting for a confirmation of the amount received". 5 days.

I just wish I could get answer about 2 int orders.
1 returned cause strike
1 from promo I hope they are holding.

And a domestic that i was told wouldn't be affected.
Then got told I owe 27 but 50 was min.

Then told I could pay 27.
So I asked days ago to pay with no response.
Love qsc but this has been a poorly communicated experience.

Honestly just wanted assurance on my int packs, and to pay 27 and get domestic shipped.
I'm sure it will happen but poor responses lately.

I agree with that. Waiting in vain for an answer regarding the missing and already paid order. It has now been 3 months, it is only a Testo e Kit but money is money and I have nothing to give away.

Apart from that, I have to mention that shipping is always relatively fast and payment and ordering are problem-free.
 
Im kinda don't know what to think about everyone talking about the name of their rep??? Nobody on the other end has ever told me what their name is!! Do yall have to ask for this information or do they just tell you?? I've always used WhatsApp since the tren Tracy days. I can't say that I've ever really had any communication issues. Anyway, whatever..
