Do yall have to ask for this information or do they just tell you?? I've always used WhatsApp since the tren Tracy days. I can't say that I've ever really had any communication issues. When ordering over email I would sometimes get a "i'm irene" and then the rest of the message or "hi it's bella" and then whatever needs to be said. On what's app, I don't get that though

Tracy, I ordered last week from the Black Friday Promo, and paid via BTC 11/26. I requested tracking today and was told my payment was short.

I sent Nia a requested screenshot of the transaction. Payment sent was the amount requested, but by the time payment cleared, the BTC value had changed so it was indeed short, but not by the amount Nia mentioned.

The current value of the payment is HIGHER than payment sent last week.
I’ve communicated this with your assistant Nia, and asked about next steps.

I have also forwarded the email chain, including the requested screenshots of the transaction (requested by Nia) to you at tracy@sigmachemical.com.cn

The slowest kind of customer service I've experienced with merchants in these forums. Over 5 days to confirm order receipt/payment that has been made 5 days ago and I keep getting replies like "rest assured that we're waiting for a confirmation of the amount received". 5 days.

I read the email, it requested a screenshot. I keep communication very minimal and do only as told. I assume the recipient does not speak English as a first language, and construct emails accordingly. My lesson learnt here is to not use BTC to send payment as the value changes quickly.

I think they only say "hi its bella" or irene or whatever when your using email to order. I only have used email and they say their name at the top of the email

These are common scam messages that scammers use in all countries including the USPS scam.

When you order from us you don’t need to do anything beside watching your tracking moving until it’s delivered to you.
