Guys do you get anything out of using l carnitine? there suppose to be so many benefits, but so far the only substantial thing that ive experienced is pip. i brew my own with 800mg/ml use about 2 ml per day for last month or so.

In animal studies, N-docosanol has been shown to decrease levels of testosterone, luteinizing hormone, and prolactin ; however, one human study of pygeum extract did not find significant changes in testosterone, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, or estrogens.
