In this case the tracking you’d provided showed that it was at your shipping partner after arriving in the US then a few days later delivery arrived with a different tracking number. It looks like it might have been relabeled, so my guess was that the original label had gotten scuffed or something. It didn’t bother me since everything arrived safely.

I placed my first order the other day as well. I tried to pay with my credit card from Citibank through the Alibaba link and my card was declined. I tried to add this same Citibank card to Apple Pay and I tried to pay that way and it was declined again and flagged as fraud. my Citibank account was locked and I had to call Citibank to verify certain information and get it unlocked.

I had a different Visa card not from Citibank and decided to give that a try and it worked perfect and I received a confirmation of payment. Alisa, the rep from Qingdao Sigma Chemical followed up with me shortly afterwards on WhatsApp and confirmed my order. The next day she sent me tracking information.

If you're paying by credit card and it's declined and you're certain the payment didn't go through, then my suggestion would be to try a different credit card or payment method because that's what worked for me. I hope it works out for you the first time.

I'm happy with the quick response I received and I'm already putting together another order, but this time it will be for raws from China instead of the US warehouse.
 
Man that really sucks about the fraud situation. I really want to try this source because rep seems like a good dude to work with and the prices are unbeatable but damn that is a lot of drama to go through. The card for me that got decline was Capital One. I have quite a few from different banks but all of them are big names and I don't want to deal with nightmares on each one. Would you mind saying which one got through?

The one that worked for me was my Fidelity Visa card. No issues whatsoever with that card. I think Citibank flagged my card because it was a purchase made outside the US, and when I tried to make that purchase again with the same card using Apple Pay, it looked even more suspicious to them.

A couple years ago I was traveling around the country and Citibank flagged my card for unusual activity and locked my accounts because they thought there was fraud, when in fact it was simply me traveling. They told me when I plan to travel that I should call them and let them know what states I’ll be traveling to and how long I’ll be gone so that my card could be used freely without being flagged again. They told me that was just part of their artificial intelligence for fraud detection, and I believe that’s what happened when I tried to use my Citibank card for this order.

I had a similar problem with my Chase cards when traveling but rather than fraud they just sent automated confirmation of the payment. The only time I have had a card decline like with Alibaba was when I was trying to buy PornHub Premium LOL!!
