The one that worked for me was my Fidelity Visa card. No issues whatsoever with that card. I think Citibank flagged my card because it was a purchase made outside the US, and when I tried to make that purchase again with the same card using Apple Pay, it looked even more suspicious to them.
A couple years ago I was traveling around the country and Citibank flagged my card for unusual activity and locked my accounts because they thought there was fraud, when in fact it was simply me traveling. They told me when I plan to travel that I should call them and let them know what states I’ll be traveling to and how long I’ll be gone so that my card could be used freely without being flagged again. They told me that was just part of their artificial intelligence for fraud detection, and I believe that’s what happened when I tried to use my Citibank card for this order.
