Depends how "harsh" you would like it.
Primo acetate would be the mildest, winny in my opinion the harshest.
var being the middle ground imo.
Primo you could do for a longer time (e.g. 10-12 weeks), winny should be used for short time (e.g. 4- max 6 weeks at the end of a prep).
and as always, it also depends on the dosage you would like to run
100mg anavar will be more toxic than 20mg winny

You have many shipping options, if it's $135 it means he choosed the reship service of an order for more than 2 kg.
Reship service was never free and it's same price since we are here.
If he is willing to wait 6-8 weeks and choose the regular shipping it's only $25-$30 fee.
