and you have flight, with much less parcels, for express deliveres, which ones will be highly inspected?

Didn't you notice that many sources here struggle to pass customs for basic products to USA and other coutries via express while we have a 100% pass rate..

China Post to USA, Canada and Australia is the way to go always .. if you are patient and prefer safety.

Australian guys are lucky because their orders are delivered via China Post much quicker than Canadians

Since I've mentioned that I found a better price for primo and just about everything else, we're no longer talking. Guess he only saw dollar signs.

I dont think you understand what I was trying to say. For this protocol you need food,a lot of it and there is no way you gonna get enough calories just with chicken and rice.

Look what big bodybuilders actually eat,i am not saying 85kg bodybuilder,but big one. and on this short protocol you need to eat like 130+kg bodybuilder to get everything out of cycle.

i understand what you wrote pretty well, dont worry. And those are your exact words. I assume you dont get what clean eating means. There are tons of calorie dense foods that are clean. On such a cycle, electrolyte management is one of the most critical points and with your idea/suggestion of eat what you want, cheat meals all day blabla you will suffer the consequences.

I am not a fan of your protocol and i guess it is okay since opinions differ. What i would suggest to you is, if you want to run that protocol, keep an extra eye on hydration, electrolyte management (sodiumotassium balance) and keep a betablocker and a diuretic (torasemide is my favorite) on hand.
Eat your calories from clean, non-processed food to manage your sodium by adding it manually. (rice and chicken is an option of course, but also rice cakes, corn, noodles, nut butters etc work pretty well. and instead of salting you can add xxx ml of light ketchup or something like that for your sodium)..

i am no asshole and dont wanne offend you, i can just tell you that heart failure and permanent issues is not funny and eating 14 heart pills a day aint no fun either
