$118 for a case of 12. Each bottletop filter should be disposed of at or before 500ml of filtration. So it would require a media bottle that you sterilize that receives the sterile liquid. In order to get the liquid from the filter into the bottle requires a vacuum. So either a vacuum pump or even a brake bleeder.
