Cracked off the lid on a QSC primo vial. The rubber stopper had a damp like surface as if there was a little liquid on it, despite vial not being opened before.
Is it safe to pin with a lil alcohol or should it be binned?

They are not reusable after the vial is empty. Several medical supply companies sell them. It's called a vial adapter or vial spike

Do not freeze reconstituted peptide. It will be destroyed and worthless.

Maybe for some peptides, but not all. There are some studies suggesting insulin still works after freezing.
