I don't think you understand how reship works. QSC sends the goods to their own people in your country/region. The products getting into the us/eu etc. does not involv your name or your address at all. Once the products are received by their people within your area, they repackage it, label it to you and do a totally separate shipping transaction. It's pretty low risk. I don't know where you live, but in the US I think it's pretty much foolproof.

This is always a gamble. I try and plan long in advance to take advantage of discounts when they come up. Hit or miss.

If you plan on sema long-term, look in to storage conditions and maybe consider getting more from the promo (I know it still sucks because you're paying for shipping again, but the savings should make a dent in that, compared to future orders w/o the promo).
