I guess you could use HGH, im opposed to it, but maybe looking like an orc is worth $55 an hour

maybe two days a week use a lifting belt/back brace.
not all the days cause you need to keep/build your muscles but a few days with the belt to give them a rest.

Careful overdoing Vitamin C. Helps contribute to kidney stones.
