This is why cheat meals are few and far between for me. Can't handle the GI discomfort.

Sometimes I like a full belly; that's what vegetables are for (on my otherwise boring diet).

But I understand the role of cheat meals for bodybuilders (competitive or recreational) who have more ambitious body composition goals. Mental health etc

Why the angry reaction when people eat what they want lol. Some people can get away with structured cheat meals, it’s even an actual integral part of dieting plans.

I'm not angry. Just sayin', no cheat meals for me. How do I put this succinctly. It was necessary to reframe my mentality around food to get from 340lbs to 220lbs without the assistance of GLP1 RAs or fat burners or whatever.

Let people enjoy what will keep them sane, there is a difference in just binging and a planned cheat.

What I eat, I do enjoy, but I tend to focus on quality. I will also indulge, I just don't have what anyone would consider a "cheat" meal.
