Yup I went from east coast to chicago to tokyo to bangkok. I did business class this time and well worth it with the lay down seat

Being able to take a shower between flights makes all the difference. Hope you had the opportunity, I think most first timers don't even know it's an option, or don't get on the reservation list soon enough. Those private bathrooms at ANA's lounge are like a five star hotel...

Actually tried in Chicago but was a 2 hour wait. In Narita I only had a 2 hour layover so passed on it. Was still in my sin from the night as I left at 430am to go to bangkok airport lol

Next time, KRABI is a must. It's such a different vibe. Squeeze in Chaing Mai if you can, the northern mountain are like an entirely different country...

Wassup guys,

Wedding is in a little under 5 weeks and the fiancé and I are planning on Thailand for our honeymoon.

She wants to spend at least a portion of the trip in Phuket/Krabi for the beach and relaxation, and i want to spend at least part of the trip in changmai for some more of the site seeing and cultural stuff, we will probably spend at least a night or two in bangkok as well.

Thinking about 2 weeks.

Im interested to hear whatever advice or recommendations you guys have. Even if you havent been, but have heard about.

I’m not able to purchase a separate freezer and using my normal one. I have mine packed in insulated black box wrapped with freezer pouches in giant ziplock bags. Figure the ice packs will help negate the freeze/thaw cycle plus the insulated boxes I got from Temu. My issue now is I have completely filled my insulated boxes and need to order another once since I’ve been buying way more than I expected. lol
