Is the Mast E leftover US domestic or international? I saw Mast E on international only for the latest list, but the price showed $100 (international) whereas over WA I was just quoted $140 which sounds more like US DOM pricing.

Does ParcalApp provide a last mile tracking number that differs from the # you were provided? Some of my shipments start with one number, then are assigned a new number for USPS.

I was going to suggest this. In the Parcels app, enter whatever tracking number you have, and if applicable, the tracking page will give you information regarding related tracking numbers from other carriers. I'll screenshot one of my latest international orders to give you an example.
