5mg starting dose is very high.
I got skin sensitivity and slight pain on skin when on moderate doses of Retatrutide and Tirzepetide together.

Systemic reaction is possible, not sure is what's happening here. Sensitive skin all over the body is possible too. Knowing how anxious is your friend tho... Hard to say if it's psychosomatic or not.

When you say skin pain does it feel something similar to sunburn? Sensitive to the touch especially when something rubs against the skin? I experienced that on Tirz but stopped when I switched to Reta.

ghoul said 10mg so I suggested half, which is 5. Through my searching I saw 5mg wasn’t much.
