Hey there, just paid for an order via email after the rep sent me the BTC address/amount. Trying to reply to her with transaction hash and every reply keeps getting bounced back to me via Proton's Mail Daemon saying it was returned to sender because it was caught in QSC's spam filter.

Update: one of them finally got through when i sent a fresh email not as a reply. fixed it.
