Ok so the last mile tracking number just shows a usps shipping label created a week ago before the package even left China. And that’s it.

The “customs inspection” status is from a couple days ago after it landed in the states

Parcelapp shows the exact same status that 17track does which says “customs inspection -import” as the last update from a couple days ago

Then you wait till the next scan. It may have simply missed a scan

So just to clarify you guys routinely see it actually say customs inspection on your tracking? I’ve never seen that in 20+ orders

It’s even “flagged” as an alert in 17track. Never seen my tracking be flagged as an alert either in the past

I've seen it with another vendor, not QSC.

I think if you check a previous order tracking number this is a different freight company, and they use different status reporting terminology.

If not.....well, what's the worst that can happen? Welcome to the love letter club.

All my previous tracking numbers are the same freight company.

Yea I’d prefer not to get a love letter and just get my shit that I’ve already been waiting on for a long time lol

According to the DHL employee that barely speaks any English, the sender asked for my package back. I then asked for a manager to confirm that was correct and theyre gonna call me back. Sounds like Tracy needs to hire better employees lol
To me I would assume customs turned it away, or even DHL themselves... They sometimes do their own inspection to speed up the customs process. An "ad hock" exam. I've personally had items returned before because they've said it was "prohibited content", and it was not customs that officially turned the package away.

Canada post is back up and running tomorrow I'm pretty certain, Worse case they can go back to using them. DHL will turn packages away even if you use a initial on the package, very picky.

The purpose of bacteriostatic water is to prevent bacterial growth. Considering protein is a primary food source, it's really not wise to use vial that's been around more than a day if it's not reconstituted with BAC. That hardly a bubble boy issue.
Sometimes it's better to not assume that people do not know what they are doing. Sometimes also, add the cautionary note. I add benzyl alcohol (pyrogen free) to my bicarb. Instead of getting into a debate about types of sterile water or the legality of sales, might have been more direct to just tell bruv sterile water will not inhibit bacterial growth. We cant just move from pyrogen free fluids to bacteriostatic action. What if the bac Water is not pyrogen-free? :D

It's too early to know. If your package just hangs in place for weeks, then you might stary worrying about a letter. If you have multiple scans saying "customs inspection" chances are that It's already left (i speak solely from similar USPS experiences ) . It may vary by courier and country

I’m assuming you were responding to my comment. I’ve never ever seen it say “customs inspection” on any of my orders from China and I’ve had more than enough

You’ve personally seen it say “customs INSPECTION” before?

Mine have ALWAYS just said “in clearance processing -import” And then it says “clearances
processing complete” like 2 hours later. On every single thing I’ve ever got from China

I’ve never ever seen it say “customs inspection - import” until this specific pack

It also hasn’t updated in a few days since it said customs inspection.
It's a first time for me as well, but I keep in mind it's that most wonderful time of the year and everything gets slowed down. Nothing to be done about it but wait.

I have made several orders with QSC in recent months. All of them have arrived in 10-17 days to the East Coast without any issues.

Most recent one from the oils promo pre-order has just arrived to my surprise, since no tracking has been provided but it's ok; I am happy it's here.

Order came well packaged and Primo looks very clean and delicious.

Thank you Tracy for providing us with high quality products at unbeatable prices!
An update:

Just got lab results from testing GH Serum blood levels on 10iu of QSC HGH....36.4 ng/ml.

Canada just left in the dark on this fine Christmas I see how it is.
on the fence of ordering with the sale. But I also recognize that even if the strike is done tomorrow they’ll be backed up for weeks if not longer to catch up.

I hope QSC chooses to invest in us again domestically once the China drama chills.
