Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd (International, US, EU, Canada and Australia domestic

Not an exit scam he literally told everyone to stop sending money. Chinese 5-0 are giving him grief. May or may not be back only time will tell.
When did he tell everyone to stop sending money? The WhatsApp contact gave me a quote for my order and took my money on the 7th of January. I do hope you’re right. Thanks for the response

Well, QSC is the only Chinese source that is having packages ripped open by customs. Unless for some reason no one is reporting it in the other threads. I don't think a 30% "ramp up" would have a 80% effect on one source. I suppose customs could of targeted a specific shipping company that no other Chinese source is using.
That is a lie. There is other sources on this board that has multiple people claiming packages stuck in customs still to this day around the same time frame.

Physical therapy helped me a lot. BJJ actually really improved my back, the core stability I got from it is hard to beat. With that said, I pushed everything too far and ended up hurting a different disk. My L5-S1 had a 7mm protrusion 6 months before I started BJJ but you can see in my MRI above it is doing pretty good. Just pay no attention to my L4-L5. lol
bjj? is it like getting a bbbj? those usually cost extra,,,,, ahahahaa

Really? I haven't see them posts. Is like one or two per source or 80% like this source?
Sigma had a ton of reships recently from a few promos back. All around the end of December 20th give or take. Their discord and telegram had multiple people saying it was bound up in customs although reships got sent out and through just fine. Both were using yun.

Sciatica is an absolute bitch, have herniated discs in L5 and S1. What are you doing to deal with it? Would love to stop having to get injections every few months.

First and foremost, I'm sorry you're dealing with it. It really sucks to be in pain all the time and affects your life in terrible ways.

Mine was L5/S1 as well, not burst, but squished out. I was able to get it managed by doing a combination of stretching and being careful not to sit too much or in the wrong kind of chairs. Most of the improvement I think was simply becoming more aware of what was triggering it. When I lift, I use a belt for 1 plate and up for any lift where a belt would help.

NSAIDs are still useful for flare ups which are unavoidable. There's a spine clinic in the area that has a protocol they run, it's high dose NSAIDs (~3g/day) for a week, then PT after, which include stretching and behavior modification.

I avoid using NSAIDs chronically, I'd rather save that liver bandwidth for other things.

Surgery is the only thing that fixed my L4/L5 permanently. Microdiscectomy. Shaves off a sliver of the disc that’s pressing against the nerve. Had my surgery 9 years ago and I have no issues.

Spinal decompression tables are easy to come by if that's the kind of thing that works for you. I started contemplating one and found several on the local craigslist for a couple hundred. People buy 'em thinking they'll work wonders and like most home fitness stuff, falls out of use eventually.
I will look around for one. I have spent more than that at the chiropractor at this point.

Good PT is so hard to find, though.

I love it when they tell me I need to "strengthen" something and then hand me a rubber band.
I surprisingly had a good PT through the VA a long time ago and they used machines. That is when I became a believer.
