You don’t really need to use that stuff for appetite. Just eat through it.I need to crank my hunger up to 11 for my bulk.
It is good for that.
What actually worked for me back in the day was doing a short calorie pull before a bulk. Drop calories for a bit, let the body get hungry, then when you ramp food back up the appetite goes feral.
I still do this occasionally even during a bulk. A couple days in a deficit, then I start pushing food again and it goes down way easier. Might not work for everyone, but for me it’s been a cheat code every time.
