question about my dnp cycle?

ok so im about to start my dnp cycle, so i wanna start off wit 1 pill a day and then see how it goes from there. but my question is how many pills of cytomel should i take while on dnp? and also what vitamins do yall recommend to protect me while dnp? hope yall can help thanx
 
Why are you taking both cytomel and DNP? Pick one so you know how each one will work on you assuming you haven't done either before.

What strength DNP do you have that you will be taking 1 pill?
 
get some billberry for you eyes, 1000mg of vit. c..and def. have some yohimbe... i wouldnt mess with cytomel untill after 7 days or till you get too tired to do anything.... eca worked good for me... id stick with that..just my 2 cents.
 
well..if i were you id hit it for a week ..(3days at 200..up to 400 for 3 days...take a day off..and rock 3 more at 200, then break for an equal amount of days.).. you will have to feel it out..the only side i couldnt deal with is i was always feeling sleepy and it just made my days suck...nothing else seemed to bother me...i enjoyed the heat greatly...you should stick with 3000 calories a day and you will lose 1lbs a day ....you will prolly want to drink it in the form of simple sugar carb drinks...its hard to take in protein so if you can get 100g a day in form of whey mix that should work..maybe 120... you should really stay away from fat..it tastes and feels horrible while on. .. others will have diff. takes on it..but im goin off how my 1st expeir. went...i go off the basis for rda to get my protein estimate...

right now im trying to do 200 a day and an hour of cardio.i prolly got 10 days or so left in my bottle...you could try that also..

i didnt really have an increased appetite on it..i had the opposite actually not that i look back on it....it makes food not as enjoyable....good luck...feel free to pm me..

I'm going to have to disagree with that advice. 3,000 calories a day? Really no need to go so high at all. If you are eating right you should have plenty of energy through a low dose DNP cycle. I ran for 28 days and was able to get through my whole workout 4 days a week with some light cardio at maybe 2200 - 2500 calories. Why waste the extre 500 - 800 a day if not needed.
And I wouldn't go with a carb drink, the carbs will increase the heat and if he is already running hot then it will make it worse. Why is it hard to take in protein? What kind of fat are you eating that tastes horrible? I had no problem getting a nice skirt steak down or any vegetable in oil and garlic.
 
i bought 100 mg caps. Im taking 200 mg a day 10-12 hrs apart. i did the three day carb depletion but sometimes i feel warm and my husband says I am warm to the touch

i want to post a thread about women and dnp but i dont know how
