You should either commit to it or stay natural. Running cycle and going off isn't the smartest thing in my opinion.
You'd be better off running 200 test long term than coming off.

Get bloodwork before starting.
Start @ 200mg
Get bloodwork at week 6-8
Remember food and training are the major contributors to growth.
Increase test by 20-30% once progress stalls or you are not getting bigger, but fatter.
Repeat over 52 weeks, you'll be bigger than most guys at the gym while staying healthy

I don't believe any comment was immature, just asked for experience with low doses of test from other members. Immediately got attacked off assumptions, I'm a teen since im nineTEEN but yeah. I've done my own research, I'm purely looking for members with experience to share insight.

Regardless, first thread and "are you a teen?" "def a kid." don't even know what warranted it, maybe the lower doses. Just trying to see how my body responds.

A 12-week cycle is too short to build significant muscle mass on 200mg of testosterone. A longer cycle and possibly a higher dose would be required. Personally, I’d avoid finasteride as it can trigger post-finasteride syndrome. If you’re lean enough, you should be fine without AI on 200mg but I recommend always having AI and tamoxifen on hand.

Thanks. Would you recommend lengthening the cycle or upping the dose? My original plan was to titrate up to 300 after getting bloodwork at 200, seeing initial responses and such. I'm really lean, just coming off 6 weeks of reta.

You need to research more, your 19 and your T is at its prime, it may very well be extremely high. Taking 200mg could simply shut you down or even produce lesser results then your baseline. Your going to need labs to figure this out. So recommending a dose isn't really warranted or good practice at this point.

Titrating is a thing some do, but I think the general consensus would question why? It's not necessary and waste valuable time on your cycle in comparison to starting at a fixed dose.

What Peptides have you taken? Up to this point.

You need to research more, your 19 and your T is at its prime, it may very well be extremely high. Taking 200mg could simply shut you down or even produce lesser results then your baseline. Your going to need labs to figure this out. So recommending a dose isn't really warranted or good practice at this point.

This allows you to know how's your natural baseline for everything. This allows you to understand how your body may react and what ancillaries you may or may not need to put in place. Do not oversee this part as you can then adjust everything based on data from a simple natural bloodwork.

200mg a week often places someone at the high end or above natural physiology, but the exact outcome depends on the individual variables like SHBG, aromatization, body composition, and training stimulus.

You’re also right that there are controlled studies showing 5 to 6kg increases in lean mass over 20 weeks at that dose range.

Shutdown doesn’t negate exposure it just replaces endogenous production with exogenous supply. If your levels are good why do this? Labs are the only way to know.

1. 200-300mg better than natty, note that my natural test was 900-1100.

2. Antioxidants are king, plenty of fruits and veggies. Everything else is just add-ons that help.

I have no experience with HCG as I don't care if my nuts shrink (if they small my dick looks bigger), same thing with Fina ladies like bald guys, we eat pussy(not bald yet). I have no experience with PCT as I don't ever plan to come off steroids unless I have health complications or I'm trying to conceive.
AI is completely individual, Exemestane (aromasin) is better but harder to dose due to longer half-live. Anastrazole (arimidex), in my opinion, is harsher, but easier to dose.
I like to use raloxifene, acts as a Serm, keep gyno away. I also like my E2 quite high.

3. Those people weren't training, right, but what was their job? Were they sitting on a desk or working construction? Also don't forget they don't measure muscle on these studies, but lean mass, which also includes water. You increase test, there's an increase in water retention. DO NOT USE A DIURETIC FOR THIS.
