So... I ordered, paid, and provided shipping info two weeks ago and have yet to receive either confirmation of shipment or my actual order. I've been pretty patient due to the pubegate and their trip. But this delay is dragging out a bit. Hoping maybe this new rep can help get this sorted out?

All you have to do is email or pm me.
I know of 1 person who had asked for BTC wallet address 4 days before we left and then paid after we had left. I have emailed that person and explained why the delay (refiltering products). I have also told that person that their package has shipped out yesterday. Another person is saying they did not receive an order after 13 days, we destroy all info after 7 so I am unable to provide tracking, I also told that person that I reshipped their package yesterday, we do not ship overnight. I do believe all concerns should be voiced although please tell the whole story. If you would like you can email me and I will go ahead and refund your money and you can keep the products that we have shipped.

I'm not saying this gentleman is a scammer but the more popular you get the more they come out of the woodwork. Be careful and don't get taken for a ride.

Specifically I’m asking if you guys have continued success here, do you plan on branching out and sourcing on other boards?
Which I might add is not a good idea (imo), but either way, I would still be interested in hearing about this labs plans going forward.

If they start to go that route like most it ends in failure so id suggest looking for a new lab.

The most successful ones are the ones who decided to stick to one board and make is succeed.

But like most, greed forms and then they feel invincible and go tackle more boards, start to slip, with getting behind, then poor rushed products produced and ultimately end in failure and us having to remove forcefully.

Hope this lab learns from all the others and doesn’t choose that route.
