Our rep has violated meso rules by offering free gear. Since we are just visitors in your house we feel the only thing we can do to correct this is to no longer use a rep. In the future it will be either me or my shipper representing randr labs on here. We are currently creating him an account. I apologise for everything that just happened and am correcting it now.

You've been doing well handling things yourself. All I'd suggest is if you have a period where you'll be slower posting, just communicate it like you did before and people will understand

For my own clarification would it have been acceptable (as a rep) for FiEnD to have messaged Roger rabbit and say something like,

"Hey my bad for the misunderstanding, I would like to buy you two items to make up for the confusion."

Or what that still be considered "offering free gear"

Since there was some miscommunication, we will make it right for the rest of the week we will lower the price of tne as well frog juice although next week they will return to normal.

I just assumed the guy was going to pay for gear for roger. Free gear for the sake of positive reviews is frowned upon. I actually liked his offer and dont really think he should be punished for it.

I can think of at least one other that offers free gear through contests and such. As long as nothing is asked for in return then it should be ok?

Contests are kinda like the exception! Not technically free free.. It's like giving back for all the money made in a fun way.

In my PM to Rowdy I offered to pay out of pocket but he can't take any chances and I understand his decision. Perhaps it would be different would I have had a better welcome from Meso but again I support his decision and no hard feelings towards anyone from my end.

When I came up with the idea for a contest I reached out to Rowdy for his opinion.

When I made my offer to @roger Rabit, I did not ask if it was cool with the boss.

In all fairness guys, running contests for free gear and store wide discounts is the opposite of hiking prices. That's what I was referring to when I mentioned the opposite of raising prices.

I am going to take up RnR on my store credit at some point but not taking freebies for no reason.
