Ya it's cool for competitions makes ya look like a monster but when you get 3-4 a day because your nose was crushed it's not as coolYa few months ago i bursted my nose so now everytime i deadlift heavy it happens. I dont mind the crowd loves it at comps lol
I'd say that's not bad at all. You should be able to pull in the mid to high 600s if you keep form strict and not getting injured again.I'm set back pretty far with almost no pulling from last summer until a month or so ago. I pulled a slightly rough 585 conventional yesterday at the end of a mock meet just to see where I was since I hadn't pulled heavy in months.
Planning on going back tonight around 11:00 to try again after a full day of eating,cause there's no way I some how lost 50lbs off my pull in a week
Well after having some beer, wings and a pizza I was able to rip 595 off the ground thank god hahaI can't imagine lifting without breakfast. I can't even imagine going to work without breakfast, lol.
I'm in, I pulled a sloppy 655 after a clean 635 about two months ago, but then I had to leave for a month for work and just now back into it. I hit 585 for two last week so I'll see where we are here soon!
@Perrin Aybara im about 230 right now but compete at 220! I'm holding a bit more fat than i want right now too. I've been following your other thread or a minute too man I hope you start pulling some big numbers here soon!
Im at a very fresh 270 and my goal is to really grow into my weight class, hopefully ill get 700 by JuneNo way brotha stay with 220, I just love food too much to try and cut down that much. Plus any more than a 10 lbs water cut fucks me up too much. And that's deff achievable man!
