Yeah I have a 36-38" waist and have to wear 42" waisted pants just so the legs fit me, but I rarely ever wear pants and none of my shorts go below the knee cause I like to show off my tear drops hahasucks giant balls trying to find pants that fit correctly, yes? Once in a blue moon (once a year) right above the pubic area when squatting I'll get a sharp stinging, hot resonating pain that I've many times mistaken as a herni but every time it's been a Illio Psoas nerve intrapment that creates the similarities sensation as a hernia so that's a possible culprit for your situationI've been thinking hernia, not sure though. Feels like a knife stuck me, and yes I have been stabbed but by accident. Similar pain.

might be this, it's sounding very similar. Nothing else for pain at all throughout the day, I've been pushing on it and trying to uncover a small tear or anything out of the ordinary.
