Race to a 700lb Deadlift

Or......
How bout start a full blown log??
I'd be interested

Start a log bro. Would love to see progression in your lifts. Epecially deads.
Right now im back to hitting 600s on pulls, hit 615 yesterday with relative easy. I want to make sure my back is completely fine before going all out again. I had a little bit of a weird sensation last week on squats but i think its just me being on cycle again and pushing harder. I'd expect to be in the 7 hundo range within 3 months. Ill be starting a blog in that time frame because im thinking of doing raw united this year. Will i ever be pulling 800lbs? Honestly it would be extraordinarily hard but then again so was breaking into the 7s.

800lbs is possible but it will take time.

I have no illusions brother that won't be happening anytime soon if it ever even happens. I felt like 725 was my ceiling and to get past that means pushing boundaries that i never thought i could push any further. Time will tell.
If you hit 725. I believe in a few years with smart programing and hard training you can get there. You might have to push some limits but that would be decision you would have to choose or not choose.
@franchise24 what belt are you using now?
I ordered two Pioneer Belts last week. I had one made 3 inches wide 10mm thick and one 10mm thick 4 inches wide. I was having trouble setting up for my deadlift with 4 inch 13mm thick SBD belt.

I actually can use the 4 inch wide 10mm thick belt to do deads. I like the 4 inch 10mm better than the 3 inch so far I only pulled once in both on the same day.

I like the SBD for squat and that's it.

I am considering ordering a 13mm from Titan. The Brahma Belt. I am gear whore and love to try different gear from different companies.

Out all the knees wraps I have used. My favorites are:

Pioneer Lillibridge
Titan Signature Golds
Pioneer Phantom
Harris Stability Systems True cast and Supremacy

Fucking scumbag. I swear I hate fucking thieves.

I had to wear my SBD belt pretty high to allow me to set up a but it still didn't feel right. either a 3 inch 10mm Belt or the regular 4 inch 10mm belt would be great for deals in my opinion. I will continue using both the 3 inch and 4 inch 10mm belts for deals and see which on feels better. I'll update it in my log. Pioneer is a great company. Their website is

Weightlifting Belts • TherapyZone™ by Pioneer Fitness • General Leathercraft Mfg.

You can get any of their belts customized any way you want it. If you don't want their stock deadlift belt which is 6.5mm single prong. Then call and speak to Kimberly find a belt you like and tell her you want it to be cut to 3 inches and 10mm with lever or prong. If you want color suede or leather and color lever. Shit the customization is almost endless. I just got both belts blue on with a red lever and on with a blue lever.

Yeah their customer service at this point is unmatched. Kimberly told me it would be 2-3 weeks T/A. I got my belts within a week or so. They are based out of Texas.

That's awesome your girl pushing hard like that.

Shit bro you are very close. Are thinking you can get 700 by years end?

edit number two *yes, i believe so. as long as i stay healthy and dont train like an idiot like i did for a good chunk of last year. as it stands right now, im good for around 675 while being fatigued. (after using the sum of 1RM from this site which calculates all of the popular mathematicians methods. my estimated 1RM is 694) throw some peaking and some drol in the equation and who knows what could happen in a month or so

edit* also, @colossus25 highly recommend Pioneer. great belts and customer service is second to none. all hand made from products made solely in the USA. quality stuff.
