RBC count still high

Ok guys, just to follow up I went and donated again. About 3 months since my first post. Hemoglobin and HCT are well in range but not only did my rbc not change it’s actually higher.. lol. With that being said I did start the hemoflow product today that have supposedly worked for some people. I will get bloods in a month when I finish the bottle and be the test rat Im taking 150 test cyp and 200 masteron. Also 20 mg Dbol pre workout. I know the test is super low but anything over 200 sends my levels up. I know the iron is low, I got bloods 2 days after donating. Donating 5 times this year has got me in a deficent.
How’s this been going?

Does anyone know if donation centers like the American Red Cross, We Are Blood, Vitilant, etc have a method of knowing whether you donated at other centers?

Vitalint or whatever. You have to have an account. At least I do, and if you try to schedule another draw. It won’t let you for whatever their limit is. 56 days? 6-8 weeks? Something like that.
Says “it’s been too soon since your last blood donation”
Makes you schedule way longer out.

But between places. Only thing they’ll see or know is a red mark on your vein & typically they don’t say anything.

That’s what I’m thinking also. Whole blood and plasma is big business. They ask few questions and suck you dry. Then pester the crap out of you every 58 days.

That Hemo Flow is getting expensive. $70 a month has got me looking for alternatives. I’m getting labs in the morning. If my numbers are good I will likely keep buying it though.
Anecdotally, Telmisartan and Nattokinase have both helped keep my HCT in range. Even just on Telmisartan 80mg don't think I've ever had HCT issues. Recently taking 12k fu nattokinase due to EQ and just general health purposes.

I just looked at ingredients in Hemoflow. I'm not familiar with a couple, but I do see a 10k fu dose of nattokinase. You could try subbing out hemoflow for just nattokinase as that would be a lot cheaper on a monthly basis.

I think I’m going to do that. I just did a little digging and VPP and IPP (VasoDrive) might help with BP and Lavitol DHQ has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. And DHQ is found in Milk Thistle. So nattokinase is the only ingredient I need. I’m taking plenty Milk Thistle and BP meds already.

telmisartan is magic, everyone should take it while sauced up.

It raises HDL, improves insulin sensitivity and lowers cholesterol, hematocrit, hemoglobin, and rbc count.

I need to look into the telmisartan for sure.

I agree bro. Im low key gonna be mad if it didnt at least keep my hct in check because I done spent $140 on two bottles. I could have bought a lot of gear with that

I’m on my 3rd bottle. If tomorrow’s lab results are high RBC/hematocrit I’m done with Hemo Flow. I ordered a stand alone bottle of nattokinase today and I preemptively scheduled a blood donation Saturday just in case.

Ive donated blood 4 times this year all while cruising on 180 mg of test cyp. Before the start of donating I ran 500 mg test which shot my hemoglobin, hematocrit, and RBC through the roof. My body doesnt tolerate high doses of test well. Anyways while donating my hemoglobin and HCT is in range but seems to not effect my RBC very much. 4 donations and still out of range (6.22). Anyone else have this issue?
It has been mentioned in the thread but please take a look at the size of your blood cells. They are small and are lacking hemoglobin inside. Your body is trying to produce more to achieve equilibrium but lacks the building blocks (probably iron) so the balance is skewed towards excessive red blood cells which are too small.

You should stop donating blood and let your body find a balance.

I was pretty dissatisfied with the product TBH. I went through 5 bottles before lab work. I purposely didn’t donate to get an idea of the effectiveness of the product. Was taking 150mg Test Cyp TRT per week and the full dose Hemo Flow for 5 months. Granted I hadn’t donated in a year but 5 months on this should be effective right.:Wrong. HCT of 53. My highest ever was 54 on cycle so this bummed me out. They market the product to bodybuilders using way more than TRT doses and for me it simply didn’t deliver. Told the urologist was dehydrated and thankfully was granted a retest. Did a double red donation and did labs 4 days later:HCT46. My urologist has me do bloods every six months. From now on I’m just gonna do a double red donation beforehand to alleviate any headaches. They cut off your TRT if you have a HCT above 52 until you donate and retest. Definitely don’t wanna go lose my Rx and it’s a good feeling knowing your helping people in need.

My lab results were good but unfortunately cannot be relied upon. I tore a groin muscle 10 days ago and I also completed a 7 day cycle of doxycycline 3 days before my labs. Both can lower RBC and hematocrit so no way to tell if Hemo Flow helped. I am not getting another bottle either way. I’ll switch to a Nattokinase supplement once it runs out.

Bama, I know I saw you comment on my hgh post from axel. Bro 2-4 IU a day you are going through multiple vials a week. Shits the most expensive gear. Is it worth it at all? This my first time and I got 5 vials to realize thats not nearly enough. Lol basically $40 a week and im complaining about the hemoflow price

Are you sure it was me? I don’t use Axel’s HGH. I have some JY Pharma, HYB and QSC HGH. But you are correct. 2-4 IU a day will run through a 10 vial kit in no time. I have several 24iu and 36iu kits on hand and have to keep a close eye on my stock. My goal is 5 days a week, 4iu a day. So far I’m not seeing any benefits but I’m going to give it more time. Maybe even increase to 6iu.
