Everything is in range or REALLY close. Are you even running anything right now?
Just beware of the twink fraud who might stop by this thread to give you “advice”Bumping this in hopes of more feedback. I can see the "Normal" ranges for everything, but I'm wondering what the optimal range is for the important stuff like hdl/ldl....is my cholesterol good or should It be better for longevity purposes?
I'm ashamed of having a Hba1c of 6 so I'm back on a strict 3 meal per day/minimal carb diet and getting back into the swing of daily cardio/weight training after being lazy the past couple months. I also have slow release metformin on the way and currently deciding if I'm going to use it right away or wait and see how my BG is after 3 months of clean diet.
Oh and I'm also very curious about my progesterone/prolactin/estradiol/estrogen levels, are they high or normal?
Thanks for any advice and info

Yep he/she is going to get offended by this but hey, fuck emWell I'm not dumb enough to start drinking bleach lol. I research advice given and see what the majority vote is before doing anything I'm not educated about
Urinalysis: MUCUS: trace
So you just got a blowjob before the test?? Haha
The LH is weird? If your LH is that high why isnt your testosterone above reference range?
The last time i pulled bloods i had a similar LH and my total test was 1800, basically double the top end of the reference range.
I thought elevated LH went hand in hand with elevated testosterone??
Would high LH but unequivocally high testosterone be a potential indicator of testicular dysfunction? I.e.the signals there but the testicles are desensitized to it or simply unable to respond adequately?
Curious to know if you run a health stack of any kind?
Bergamot, Astragalus, Berberine, Curcumin, etc...
Nope nothing like that. Only thing I take daily is ibuprofen with my morning coffee.
Why? For pain or magical effects?
Also i thought word on the street was ibuprofen killed gainz.
To be frank, the science behind either of these is FAR from settled.the optimal range is for the important stuff like hdl/ldl
You know what really hinders gains? Walking around with every joint aching. Why? For pain or magical effects?

Now this is purely anecdotal, but I remember listening to Chris Bell one time talk about how he used to live on ibuprofen because he always ached. He said one day he stopped taking it, and within a week or two, most of his aches and pains went away.Magical effects? What the hell you talking about lol? I take ibuprofen for sore joints and it doesn't hinder gains that I've noticed, not at all.
I have heard this too, and I don't know the exact mechanism, but inflammation drives nutrients to areas of the body needing repair. So if you're hindering the effect of pushing nutrients to areas needing repair, they won't repair as well? Why? For pain or magical effects?

For 4 months off I'd say those are pretty good bloods.. there is some improvement that can be made..but nothing concerning or hard to fix I don't believe.. I'm far from an expert.. your test is a little low .. I may be wrong here since it's not ng/dl. But honestly I believe you had said before your not young but not old either.. 40s I think right? Whatever your doing it seems to be working..Nothing for over 4 months now. My fasting glucose needs to go down and LH is high for some reason, but I'm happy with the results.
Since quitting smoking/drinking almost a year ago I do snack more so I'll slow that down and increase cardio and implement daily fasting and that should get my fasting bg down a lot better.
My ldl could go down a bit more as well and hdl could go up a few points as well.

Do you plan to go back on cycle or trt? I'd like to see your bloods then .. see how much or little they change.
