Recent bloodwork

Honestly, 4 months is not a ton of time off after presumably protracted AAS use. I'd give it another 4 months. I'd be more concerned about the WBC count, platelet count, and that stuff than my HPG axis functioning, and the last thing I'd be thinking about if I wanted to get back to normal functioning and not being TRT-dependent would be hopping on more test. The good doctor Bond said it looks like your nuts are working hard to come back online. If in another 4 months things aren't all within range, do a consult with him, maybe at that point something like hCG might make sense. I just don't think 4 months is that long, it's not like you only did one 500mg Test E cycle in your life, you did more than that, right?

I'm thinking of going on 50mgs prop EOD and pulling bloods at 30/60/90 days to see how everything changes and if all looks good switching to 20mgs test-e or cyp ED.
Prop to start? So if there is any red flags it clears faster? Or just get going faster and then add in the e/c and.speed up saturation time?

Short ester to start so if there's issues it will clear quick and if all good transition to enanthate. Although I'm fine with prop eod long term.

well. Like prop as well long term.. I've recently dropped test to a high trt/small cycle 250mg wk.. and added ment ace.. and I feel amazing.. energy is up..motivation is up.. I really surprised. I've worked up to 50mg ed.. and it's awesome.. I'm taking 12.5 aromasin ed.. and on week 3.5 and zero sides.. also have eq and npp in there.. npo end tomorrow..and going to lower test to 175 and try eod with aromasin.

Nope nothing like that. Only thing I take daily is ibuprofen with my morning coffee.
Would be a cool little experiment to throw in something for your BG and lipids to see if they have any effect. Something like 1500mg of berberine and maybe 1000mg of bergamot.

Now this is purely anecdotal, but I remember listening to Chris Bell one time talk about how he used to live on ibuprofen because he always ached. He said one day he stopped taking it, and within a week or two, most of his aches and pains went away.

Now I never researched any of this so I cannot even say if there is a shred of clinical data to back any of it up. But I used to take about 1600mg/day of ibuprofen, and after hearing Chris Bell say that, I thought I would give it a try. I had the same experience, within a couple of weeks, most or all of my aches and pains went away. This was a few years ago now and I rarely take ibuprofen anymore.

So there you have it, anecdotal data with a sample size n=2. Take that for what it's worth. But I thought I would share.
Probably because you gave a pause from doing things that it hurt. Taking ibuprofen hide the pain and you continue to do things that are improper for them. I believe that works only if you have small problems and join can "heal" a bit by not taking a hard beating at training with improper exercises or weight.
I had join pain and took ibuprofen to train until one day that I said that's very wrong. Pain didn't go away until 8 month but I back off training with heavy weight and some exercises that was wrong for me. I took deca also in that time so that probably helped a bit

Bumping this in hopes of more feedback. I can see the "Normal" ranges for everything, but I'm wondering what the optimal range is for the important stuff like hdl/ldl....is my cholesterol good or should It be better for longevity purposes?

I'm ashamed of having a Hba1c of 6 so I'm back on a strict 3 meal per day/minimal carb diet and getting back into the swing of daily cardio/weight training after being lazy the past couple months. I also have slow release metformin on the way and currently deciding if I'm going to use it right away or wait and see how my BG is after 3 months of clean diet.

Oh and I'm also very curious about my progesterone/prolactin/estradiol/estrogen levels, are they high or normal?

Thanks for any advice and info :)
Over the last 50 years value for normal cholesterol has changed in lower and lower. Is a subject that is not very clear still.
If is in normal rage I say that is ok but in 10 years maybe the value that is normal change again
