Diagnosed with IBD

My girlfriend has colitis (crohns of the colon) she was bleeding a lot then she did a cycle of predisone. Fixed her right up for now. She’s been off it for a few weeks and still has no bleeding. But as you might know things like that stay with you for life. Make sure you have a clean diet, shitty processed food will cause inflammation. Try stay away from things that will scrape your stomach like popcorn, nuts etc. I heard eggs are really good because your body absorbs most of it. That is my 2 cents.

Goodluck bro

Thank you for reply. I made peace with it. It's not about the IBD anymore. I do my best with what I have and hopefully benefit others with experience dealing with it. Blessings

Unfortunately, one of the best ways to lower inflammation of the digestive track is to consume less food and not carry so much muscle.

Also the lower AAS dose you can go the better. Harsh compounds (tren, most orals except anavar) are out the window.

When I was a teenager I did force-feeding style bodybuilding, before that as a kid I took lots of antibiotics. So my gut bio is pretty bad. I knew lots of people who I started training BB with developed serious gut issues.

Yes, you have the point there. It also might be the fact that after/while prolonged corticosteroids use (20+years in my case) doctor wouldn't bother to check for other affected hormones markers. Lot's of lives could have been impacted with simple corrections but unfortunately ignorance is the default state of (my) doctor's practice.I blame myself for not seeing that earlier.

I know people love to shit in Taeian Clark for his ideas on unconventional steroid usage (and it's understandable) but one place he does really shine is gut health. If you go to his Facebook group you can probably get some ideas from his "camel diet" or help directly from him if you sign up for coaching. I got help from him and we started on an elimination diet with minimal food selections and ones that would cause the least amount of inflammation or slowing of digestion. It's a lot of vegetables but I never felt so good and I stay full. Bloodwork looks great too even after test/mast/tren/anavar and I contribute some of that to what I learned on diet from him

Yeah i like him, everyone has different opinions… he likes a lot of veggies for carbs etc… some bloat you tho, and he keeps those outa the mix, he really is smart and knows a ton…

If You want something that won't fry your hair then you need to go to Facebook and join Taeian's camel cult group. Learn all about running deca/npp as a base with no test. Taeian has people getting huge and growing their hair back. He's got protocols for both. He even has a new test cycle that...

I'm not Taeian and I didn't bump this thread. Someone else did. If I mention his Facebook page it's only bc I've visited it and a lot of people seem to enjoy his advice and have good results, including Jordan Peters. I tried an npp base cycle for a month myself but it wasn't for me. I have the...

Go on Facebook to the group Taeian's camel cult. You'll learn a lot about deca solo or deca base as most of them don't run any testosterone to avoid hair loss. I tried it and it worked great but it does feel different. I'm more relaxed on nandrolone than test

Check Taeian's camel cult. Many members doing it to avoid dht so they don't get hair loss. You can take large amounts with minimal sides unlike test since it converts to estrogen less than testosterone. It's also slightly more anabolic than test. On paper it seems like a great choice but in my...

Check the group "Taeian's camel cult" on Facebook. I'm pretty sure you'll find people running it for extended periods over there. He claims is not very toxic and can be run for very long periods. I would definitely do routine bloodwork if trying it just to be sure

...you can bring it down with magnesium and vitamin e. View:

if you check his Facebook group "Taeian's camel cult" you can get more specifics. I think he suggests using supplements at first to get it down and then adjusting your diet to contain...

I would. Change one variable at a time and see what happens. Nandrolone aromatizes at 20% that of test so if going solo most people over on Taeian's FB group start at 600mg nandrolone to get enough aromatization to still have e2 and get wood. Or you throw in dbol with it as it aromatizes. Most...

8 different times when you praise this guy. 'im not a Taiean'.

How can somebody be this retard?

I guess it's pretty easy if you're me. I'm just trying to help people using my limited experience. You are always welcome to believe whatever you like

the problem is you have a contradiction.

You want to look like you are not his fan so you word it, but then you praise him a lot. Thats why it looks a very lame shilling attempt. And probably not just looks.

I don't think you have to like everything about a person to suggest they could help. I don't like that he doesn't cite sources, or pushes halo only cycles as safe. But I do like his diet food choices and that he can help people that have lost hair with the standard cycle approach. If I think it could help someone I'll mention it

Good information. Thank you!

I have microscopic colitis

My triggers

High or low e2.
Primobolan (probably because it messes with my e2)
Protein powders
Vitamin d deficiency
Omeprazol ( i suspect it’s a combination of accutane and omeprazole that gave me this disease)

Being on a trt dose fixed most of my symptoms. I am in remission but the disease is still here (confirmed with colonoscopy).
I had lot’s of food intolerances but this is fixed by trt.

I think in my case it was brought by lowered testosterone, dht and estrogen from the accutane treatment and trigerred by food allergies following the omeprazol the doctor gave me

I think aas at the right dose can do wonders to keep ibd at rest. Surely better than that shitty budesonide, mesalamine… doctors gave me and who only hide inflammation

Frankly, in my own case the GI specialists in "best" IBD clinic Mt. Sinai Madison Ave NYC shake heads saying that TRT isn't related to Auto Immune Disorders as far as their DSM says. Strangely, the following blood works suggest the contrary. I'm thankful to them for it made me do my own research and try things out, taking responsibility in my own hands. Something that officials label illegal has made a tremendous difference in the way I live now. It sure beats last 23 years I existed even if it doesn't last. Hope this information reaches those who needs encouragement to try for themselves. Thank you for sharing your story! Blessings!

Thank you for sharing! We may be in different stages of this deliberating disease. At times, when inflammation was down, I felt I could digest nails, but even plain water was painful to drink when inflammation sets in.
