when I quit stuff it was because I could quit, go to rehab, or go to prison? But it had to be one of the three. I quit cold turkey felt bad for a week, puking, night sweats, chills stayed in bed the whole time. Then things were better for a while until I started using again. This time it was forced rehab. If it happens again its back to prison. She doesn't have consequences like that to help her make decisions.

Well I guess you could say I quit one other time. The first time was one of those nice "jail not getting out anytime soon" rehabs.

However my dark era was when I was very young, when I belonged to an extremist christian sect that practiced sexual abstinence and asceticism as a daily way of life and premeditated depersonalization. It took me years of psychotherapy to return to normal. I suppose the hyperventilation exercises at six in the morning affected in some way my nervous system.

I know I know but looks the good part,proviron is a depression drug so get some always will be a good thing.And exemestane never took over a quarter pill when Im angry.So see again the dr or similar to get antidepressant is a nono im not stupid just a lil depressed but I have a good happy life in general terms
