My protocol right now is,
Hcg 400ius 2x per week
Testim gel 5g am, pm

This is a fertility protocol and I am going an ultrasound on my testicles next month. After the ultrasound if we need to raise the Hcg dose we will.

I have kind of resigned myself to a lifetime of TRT and the gel is the only viable option for me because injectables suck a donkey's penis for me. I just feel like absolute garbage on them with three days of depression after an injection and smaller injects are useless too.

Only a few weeks.

My doc said to do this and we will do an ultrasound to see if we need to raise the Hcg dose. Also I figure this is sustainble for a few years versus serms which have wierd side effects and I think are meant to be used on a short term basis.

Have you ever tried a higher strength compounded cream/gel. 10 grams seems like alot of gel to have to rub on daily.

Current protocol is:
Beta Hcg 400ius every 10 days.
Testim gel am pm
Raloxefene 30mg EOD (4 days after Beta Hcg injection)


Feel decent.

This is a slow attempt to regain my fertility while feeling decent.

I've tried the cold turkey stop treatment protocols and i cant function and work like that. Will be doing a biopsy of my testicles early next year.

At some point may just do Beta hcg only; but right now just slowly regaining size/function/etc. Serm is mostly to control gyno but it gives me a little boost too.

Doing a biopsy of my testicles in the new year

Will switch from raloxfene to toremifene when I run out of raloxefene. Ralox seems to be really improving the shape of my chest and reducing puffyness too.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of combined tamoxifen citrate and T undecanoate treatment on seminal parameters in men with idiopathic oligozoospermia.

DESIGN: Prospective randomized clinical study.

SETTING: A state hospital tertiary clinic.

PATIENT(S): Eighty oligozoospermic men were included in the protocol.

INTERVENTION(S): Patients were randomized to receive placebo, T undecanoate (40 mg three times per day), tamoxifen citrate (10 mg two times per day), or T undecanoate plus tamoxifen citrate.

RESULT(S): Tamoxifen citrate plus T undecanoate treatment produced a satisfactory improvement of total sperm number, motility, and functional sperm fraction after 3 and 6 months. Comparisons with other active treatment groups showed significantly higher increment values for motility and functional fraction, whereas aniline, acrosine, and free L-carnitine also were markedly better in the combination treatment group.

CONCLUSION(S): These results indicate that the combination of tamoxifen citrate with T undecanoate not only improves significantly important seminal parameters but also compares favorably with the single treatments used. Therefore, this combination deserves a place as a first line of treatment in idiopathic oligozoospermia.
