what should my workout schedule be on tren I’ve done some research about the product but don’t want to over work myself into cardiac arrest TIA
 
age, height, weight, bf, years training?

Your question makes me think tren probably isnt a great choice for you

Because you’re here asking about it which means you have not even done the basic research.

BigJ asked for your history to understand your position regarding tren use. Sure, you can do it but this is a harm reduction forum nobody will advocate you using such a high risk tool if you’re not at the level where you need it yet.
 
Based on the nature of your questions there are too many things you don’t have down yet. Your routine shouldn’t change much so why are you asking about workout routines? Tells us you have no idea how PED’s work. You don’t have a ballpark figure for your BF. How long have you been training? Would you consider yourself average, stronger than average or athlete level?
