Are ampuoles or vials safer

Assuming both are manufactured to the same standards of brew, both are handled by the user properly & both sterile -

Theoretically an ample should be “safer” since it’s a sterile one time use. The multi use vial could technically grow bacteria.

In practicality both are “safe” as long as they’re manufactured correctly.

100% correct and amples are more sterile for sure.
 
For example HCG pharma, the same house do different vials size or ampoules size or dosage and even the number of ampoules in a box. Imho it’s all about easiness of use for the end user, avoiding doing math, imagine elderly people.
Of course in ampoules it’s more sterile they don’t use benzoyl alcohol or other, in fact officially if you use 1ml of a 2ml ampule, you’re supposed to throw the rest in the garbage.
And about glass shards, they are in the order of picometers so it’s so small that it’s being sucked by the syringe, tho it’s not causing that much of an issue i guess if nobody notices…
