Reta - not feeling anything

Hi,

I‘ve been taking Reta since 1 week and took already 8mg in 8 days. I am at the beginning of my cut and even then I am hungry.

Should I wait more for it to start working?

I reconstitute it with NaCL, I don‘t think that could be an issues right? I do it for GH too and it‘s working.

I‘m sure it’s not fake as it‘s working for my GF and it‘s from QSC.

Mate! Why did'nt you follow Eli Lilly's dosing protocol, if you were a high responder, you would probably be heading to the hospital by now ......Doc Doc I Fkd up

I only use Bac for my Reta, Don't know I that plays in - and I would be tortured and Die at 8 mg.... Lmao

Why not use bac water?

Retatrutide takes 3/4 to fully saturate, so just have some patience. If youre at the beginning of your cut, you should be able to adhere to your diet easily. 8mg is way too high to start, pretty sure they dont even start that high in the studies.

Ur Reta might be shit mine hit me the first 24h with hunger kill .

1) You started off at way too high of a dosage. That's going to hit you like a freight train once you reach saturation. Most people start off at 2mg/week or lower and titrate up by 1mg every few weeks to a month.
2) It takes time for the drug to saturate your body - GLP-1 Plotter - Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) & Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) Dose Calculator
3) Don't reconstitute with nacl. It alters the ionic strength of the solution and the presence of salt ions can disrupt the peptide's stability. (risk of precipitation, aggregation, and degradation). Use BAC water, Hospira preferably.
4) Appetite suppression is only one component of how the drug works.

Hi,

thank you for your detailed response! I appreciate it very much.

I will reduce it to 1mg for M/W/F each.

I‘m using NaCl for HGH as I saw that it shouldn‘t be a problem. What do you think?

And would you say that I could use Ampuwa for HGH and Reta? Bac water is expensive and I would have to order it from an UGL.

You don't need to "microdose" reta. Just do a BOLUS injection once weekly.

I have never heard of anyone using NaCl for HGH reconstitution. I personally wouldn't for the same reasons I mentioned above.

i don't know of anyone using Ampuwa for reconstitution. Hospira BAC water pricing is usually $15/30mL, but you can get it cheaper if you search around. At a conservative HGH dose of 2iu/day, 730iu yearly, the raw volujme requirement for BAC water is 73mL total (1ML bac per 10IUs HGH). If you abide by the "dispose after 28 day rule", you need about 1 bottle per month, or $180/year of BAC water. If you push the boundaries and don't care about bacterial growth inhibition, you technically only need 3 bottles.
