Looking to start retatrutide a source I’m looking to buy from had 10,15 and 20mg. But his 10mg came in at 97 percent purity while his 15 and 20 came in at 99

My question if i start at 2mg a week will the 15mg last once reconstituted for 8 weeks ish ?

Real world responsibilities preclude me from properly responding atm. Laying this marker down so you don't lose faith....
Don't forget the pics and we'll decide who is trash and who isn't. Otherwise don't bother typing up more bs that makes no difference in the real world.

You don't have to look like a mass monster. You just have to look somewhat decent and I'll give you a break. Let me guess. You can't even do that.

I find myself agreeing with most of your points, Ghoul, but as brash as juicebro is he has a point. I won't disagree that daily dosing likely increases immunogenicity and lowers the effectiveness of the drug in some non-insignificant way. But to say that it could cause a systemic neutralization of natural GLP-1 in some significant manner goes counter to the decade of Liraglutide use that's been observed. This whole immunogenicity argument probably has some ground and relates to peptide effectiveness but likely isn't as big of a deal you make it out to be.

Liraglutide doesn't bind to the albumin so can't really be compared here.

Lily did find immunogenic effects in some people during the studies of tirz but fortunately they did look into it and it was non-neutralizing.

Retatrutide may be the best invention we have made yet since the wheel yea somehow many here like to condemn that? Seriously you definitely can extend the length you may cycle improve your health cut more pleasently but chirp at the thought you now can replace trenbolone

Best GLP-1 IMO. I've been microdozing it (2-2.5mg a week) for 9 months and loving the effects, perfect maintenance drug.

My only complaint is +10 to resting heart rate, but I guess there is no free lunch :(
Yea same +10 heart rate only now yet day 6 6 pounds trimmed waist looking really clean and tight currently doing 3, 3.75, 4.5 ramp will probaby stay chill reaching 5mg then consider higher choices

Around the same for me. Usually in my sleep I’ll sit in the low 50s. On reta I’m always a little over 60.

Seeing the daily dosing argument again. I actually started tirz doing a divided dose strategy (3x a week) and it worked. But I tried out once a week bolus to see the difference. And I gotta say I just think the once a week works better.

Just follow me around agreeing with me? Lmao

Ya once a week seems superior. Credit to Ghoul he was the one who convinced me to try it. I just find I need to dose every 6 days.
Did I do this? I have sleep brain and I’m actually awake now.

But yeah, I was hesitant to try it cuz it doesn’t make sense surface level.

Anything under 8mg gives me insane hunger. Very similar to ghrp6. I'll throw in half a mg of semaglutide to curb that hunger and it seemed to work I've tried the 8mg by itself and I had no issues with hunger. To me, it's not worth the money. Tirzepatide and fasting are cheaper

That doesn’t make sense because Retatrutide is semaglutide & tirzepatide, it’s literally the exact same drug but with the glucagon/metabolic effect.

Yea so do you noteworthy long time retatrutide users think heart rate jack up is yet dose dependent commonly or just general compound side cheers
It was dose dependent for me. I had minor to no HR increase up to 6mg. At 9mg my HR increased up to 10BPM two days after injection and stabilizes at around a 5BPM increase. It also greatly lowered my HRV at 9mg.

No, this is too simplistic of an explanation.

semaglutide is a glp1 agonist and tirz/reta contain glp1 agonist but its not the same chemically. How much the bind to the different receptors and how much they activate it are not the same. Also activating multiple receptors is not a purely additive process. (think multiway light switches

also the ratio in receptor agonists is completely different in all 3 of them.

this is also why taking more than one of them isn't logical. they are competing with each other for the same receptors.

Just my 2 cents and anecdote: I started out doing divided doses and switched to 1x per week. Oddly enough, I also think this works better.

It's not odd. Weekly dosing is how these drugs work. The odd thing is people micro dosing GLP1s like they're AAS.
