Looking to start retatrutide a source I’m looking to buy from had 10,15 and 20mg. But his 10mg came in at 97 percent purity while his 15 and 20 came in at 99

My question if i start at 2mg a week will the 15mg last once reconstituted for 8 weeks ish ?

price. tirz is cheaper, reta is better.
Even there it’s closer than you think. Reta is significantly more effective at generating weight loss meaning that for an equivalent amount of total weight loss as you might achieve with max dose Tirz, you could probably get that on Reta at half-max dose. And given that Reta is also dosed slightly lower than Tirz, that cuts into the difference a bit as well.

For achieving a 20% weight loss, Reta is probably cheaper as long as the price isn’t much more than doubled.

Reta has some annoying side effect however and less glucose control compared to tirz. It all depends.

what are its sides for you? can't complain at all.
I put my girlfriend on it a few months ago, she us doing great with no sides like sema etc. Currently on 6mg down 34 and exercises 5 days a week with bands, plenty of water and me helping her as a long term ozempic user. She was very reluctant but very happy with results.

Ppl report sensitive skin at higher dosages. Glucose control is not as good as on Tirzepatide due to glucagon part of reta.

Cost is another part of the equation too
Lots of people also report allodynia (sensitive skin) on tirz and there is no proof of better A1C lowering in either. Comparing the studies isn't that easy. But there is a new study of direct competition between them starting.

i have noticed sensitive skin @ 2mg a week, also i do get like bone chilling cold. Has mellowed out a little with time (3 weeks on) but i would have to train in a hoodie to stay warm. Still felt cold after "warmed up" and sweating while training.

Yeah fucking bone chill cold is crap but tell you the truth I loved it when I was on because I'm always warm and sweaty and for once I just loved the feeling of being cold even so I hate it ahahah it's like tren love hate relationship, same with this bone child cold feeling xD

Reta is better if you have any sort of self control. You become leaner much faster. I also experience less side effects but I have heard the opposite from many.
Tirz is a better choice for the general population. Good luck eating through it even on a low dose. Tirz causes me much greater GI discomfort, where as Reta, I can eat through it when having an important life event and not hate myself later on.
Tirz tolerance appears to build quicker, I have been getting away with Reta 1-2mg split into twice weekly injection for months now and have no plans on bumping up any time soon. Still losing steadily and leaner every week.

I wonder how we used to diet so hard before these glp inventions. Even saxenda doesn’t hold a candle to this current gen and I thought that was game changing at the time.

I lost 73lbs total, started with Sema. I got stuck somewhere around 40lbs where it just won't let me push further (BMI was still bordering 25, not quite past the obesity range yet) so I swapped to Tirze. Tirze only allowed me to push another 10 so I ended up trying Reta, which is still working even though I'm now past my "acceptable goal" into my more "ambitious goal" weight. My body also didn't really care for Tirze because I would still have really bad hunger cravings towards end of the week.

I think Reta's more effective, Sema def worked initially but not at the lower ranges. Tirze was the one my body didn't care too much for.

Everyone’s hyping up Reta so much that I’m seriously tempted to give it a shot, but first, I have to survive the 1,400mg of Tirz chilling in my fridge like an overstocked pharmacy. At this rate, I might need a separate fridge just for peptides!

.5ml per dose.
I've been reading your posts on the GLP-1 thread and really appreciate how much effort you've put into educating users!

In keeping with that theme, I wanted to find the optimal dilution for Reta to reduce the immunogenicity concerns.

Do you know the source for this information? I trust that what you say is accurate, I would just like to read the paper with that information. I was trying to find the source on Google Scholar and couldn't. Even just pointing me in the general direction would be immensely helpful :)
