Revalor 200 Conversion Trouble Shooting

Hello all,

My assistant is currently converting Revalor 200 into Tren acetate. This assistant has done this exact procedure with Component E-H with Tylan and has had no issues getting pure testosterone propionate powder. However, the Revalor is giving my assistant a major headache.

He is adding roughly 0.80g of sodium hydroxide dissolved in 10ml of distilled water to a beaker that has a solution of methanol/tren/estraidol (the cellulose has already been filtered).

However, when adding the sodium hydroxide, the tren solution keeps forming a SOAP, which does not happen with Component E-H. Has anybody seen this and can you help? The solution is a golden color and there are white soapy substances floating around in it.

How many carts are you trying to convert?

What happened when you added the drip?

5 carts were added, which was about 10g of tren.

Drip created a goopy mess of white and green soap lookin crap, sort of like pond scum. Tried to filter but it was pointless.

Did you actually weigh out the naoh? I know of something like that happening when you add too much.
Yeah, came out to 0.80 grams. Last time, my assistant didn't weigh it and it turned to green goop instantly from adding way too much. 0.80 works great for component eh, so the assumption was that it would be good here too.

Did it kind of look like this. My revalor is looking like crud too. It will not mix in with solvents or oil to suspend. I have gone through entire process of heet, lye, and water and filtering. What I am thinking of doing next to rescue this batch is what I did with synovex. Re soak in heet for just a bit to get all the oil and solvents out of it, then filter WHILE IN HEET with watmans. Comes out a bit clearer the solution. Then I was going to do water drip and revitalization and then dry and try and re-suspend. I am hoping this will work. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.
