RHR and correlation to PED dosages.. My Experience

@Sampei @malfeasance and any other bodybuilders: why the preference for telmisartan so common here? I've taken that and candesartan and ended up on candesartan. Is there a bodybuilding advantage for telmisartan? Or is it just less expensive and more available. I get candesartan Rx from my cardiologist but could get telmi instead.
I am unfamiliar with candesartan, so I can't even comment. Sorry.

what have you noticed as far as feels/performance/recovery so far with your Serostim program?
Coming to end of week 3. Not much but perhaps joints feel a tad better and I've been sparing my meniscus from heavy loading. That has helped a great deal and allows me to go more nuts on the bike.

Yesterday logged a 20 min sprint at 400 W, which is more than I've done in years. So maybe placebo?

Need to eat more. Weight steady around 250-255. No extra water. High protein low carb all day until after workout where I add in some carbs. Hasn't helped my mid section so I may go back to strict no carb and see if the GH will really shine for last bit of stubborn BF. It's attached there like a very stubborn tick.

likely visceral fat no? Thats where im having a stubborn issue as far as midsection fat goes , Im currently @11% bf , but my midsection just doesn't feel like that or look like(body dismorphia probably )and "very little" thick skin, i had a dexa last August with a 12.4% bf so i have two more dexa scans i can use , but just haven't booked the appointment, The main reason being i have to drive 2.5 hrs to the big city where the dexa scans are, lol

Drop it down to 8% and I bet that your midsection does not feel or look like that any more.

Wow, staying lean! I used to do the fancy inbody but haven't done a Dexa. I know I will always be fat.

So I can grab those nasty little bastards definitely subq. I also think i have huge abdominal organs rather than visceral fat. Basically the opposite of @Trenbolonetax with his wicked shoulder to ab bulge ratio. The GH should really help there. :D
